---E404---

You had received a message from somewhere. You needed to present yourself to the throne room and become the protector of Dreamland. Make sure everything is fine while the King is gone. You didn't even know there was a king, but now you're replacing it... The letter said you wouldn't be alone at the task, but you're currently the only person entering the throne room... Or at least the only important looking individual inside the throne room.

As you look around, there's nobody on the trhone, nobody to explain anything to you...

There's a few Broom Hatter on the red carpet, making sure it stays clean, too concentrated to notice you enter. There's a Waddle Dee next to each side of you, seemingly protecting the door. They look at you enter, but say nothing. You notice that these "guards" don't even have any armor, nor weapons.

Behind the throne, you can see a pile of Gordo seemingly sleeping there.

There's more Waddle Dees near another door, which is close to boxes of parasols. The Waddle Dee seem to come in, pick up a parasol, then run out the door they came in from.

Last thing you notice are 3 items on a wall, near the throne. There's a spear, a mechanical hammer and a metal mask. There's a big sign saying "DO NOT TOUCH OR ELSE...".

---E404, Stragoot---

Ultra

As Stragoot enters the throne room, it doesn't even have time to look around, as it bumps into another robot still standing in the doorway. The Robot, E404, is turned towards a Waddle Dee guarding the door, weaponless.

E404: “GREETINGS, DEFENSELESS ORANGE THING. STATE YOUR REQUEST.”

The Waddle Dee looks at E404, semingly confused. It blinks a few times and simply says, completely unsure of itself: "Ice Cream?"

“AFFIRMATIVE.”
A loading bar appears on E404’s face, gradually filling up before being replaced with a check mark.
“REQUEST ACCEPTED. PROCURING PARTIALLY SOLIDIFIED DAIRY.”
With about as little fanfare as his arrival, E404 tromps off towards the kitchen.

You walk into the kitchen and oh my... Is it quite a mess. Broken plates everywhere. There's a Chief Kawasaki running around the room, making a bigger mess of all the counters. He's throwing plates at the table, throwing plates at the floor, throwing plates at the cabinets. You try analyzing the situation, since there must be a reason for all this and end up noticing it: a tiny yellow mouse, a Squeaker, is running around the kitchen, with cheese in it's mouth, cheese which seem very important for the cook.

You glance at the oven, which somehow seems safe from all the chaos and wonder why that cheese is so important, since what's cooking seems to be many soups...

---Stragoot---

As E404 seems to ignore you completely, leaving the room, you approach the weaponless Waddle Dee he had just spoke to and greet him.

"Hmmm... Interim King? No... I am a guard... And I guard the entrance door...

Hmm... I'm not sure what you're supposed to do... Whenever the King makes us do something, it's usually stealing all the food in the land."

“DO YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE?”

"This creature is causing a Problem here. I shall 'get rid of it'"

Stragoot's eyes turn into a reticle as he aims his wrist mounted Laser canon at the Squeaker

"Subduing Target. Firing Zap Canon."

Stragoot then fires in an attempt to subdue the Squeaker to capture

The Kawasaki looks at E404, blinking.

"What? You want to steal the last cheese too?"

After barely finishing his sentence, Stragoot deploys an electric beam, with the intent to subdue, towards the Squeaker. Suprised, not knowing anything about this newly encountered robot, the little mouse-like creature is hit and seems to be paralyzed, sparking with electricity. The cheese rotates above the counter, as Chef Kawasaki screams "NOOOOO", throws a plate under it, making it fall safely on the counter.

Kawasaki immediately grabs the cheese and runs out of the room with it in hand, into the throne room.

"YOU'LL NEVER STEAL THE LAST CHEESE FROM ME!!!"
