It will be hard for me since i havent even beat victory road yet but i know a good grinding spot for x and y (the EXP share is my new bff)

Well, grind to the level you want to, when we battle, the Pokemon will all be level 50.

I think the Pokemon have to be at least level 50 for the flat system to work.
