Vitch and Tye head to home sweet tent for the night. As Vitch approaches his tent, he can see Richard and a pelican in a grey jacket and a grey hat with official looking stripes. Richard's working on something directly outside of Vitch's tent while the pelican talks to Richard.
"...and this should be fine for inserting... Huh?"
Richard notices Vitch walking to his home.
"Oh, sorry Vitch. You probably want to sleep now, huh? Don't worry, we're almost done here anyways."

The below will have been last night.
"Oh, me and Pete here are just building your mailbox. Pete's a mail carrier for the City now, but I convinced him to take some time off to show me how to make a proper mailbox. Annnnnd I believe we're done here. What do you think, Pete?"
"It'd be great for any mail carriers! It's really convenient, accessible, and a lot of other jargon we mail carriers have!"
"Well, that's good then. So that means you'll finally move to Origin now, right?"
"Nooooo. I've still got duties in the City, and there isn't even a post office here yet, Richard..."
"Hmm... *sigh* Okay. See you later, Pete.
...Oh yeah, sorry Vitch. We're gone now. See you tomorrow."
Richard leaves Vitch's tent, which now has a mailbox in front. It's a simple red mailbox, with a blue flag on the side. Tye's house should have one installed too.
This is now the next day.
Vitch and Tye wake up. Wait, this isn't your tent. It's a house! When'd Tom Nook build your house? Man, that guy really does work fast.
Anyways, the two of them are awake now, ready to tackle the day!

Vitch heads to Tom Nook first thing in the morning.
"Ah, hello Vitch. You must be here for your Bells and... Jars. Anyways, I managed to get you 3 jars, but they cost 800 Bells each. With my service fee included, it'll be 2,880 Bells that I'll be deducting. So, here you are; 3 Jars and 1,320 Bells. A pleasure doing business with you."

Vitch decides to go and pick fruit again. He picks 8 orange trees before taking a break. Looking through, he notices that the orange trees now produced only 2 oranges per tree today, leaving Vitch with 16 Oranges.

Tye heads to Town Hall to see the Mayor. When he arrives, Tye sees Isabelle at the front counter, looking at Richard worriedly as he spins around in a chair behind what appears to be his desk. |

Vitch attempts to fill his jars with the juice in his oranges. With the first orange however, he quickly realizes that it'd be pretty difficult to squeeze orange juice out of a fruit with only your bare hands. And did you wash your hands beforehand? Gross!
Vitch now has a Somewhat Squeezed Orange in his Pockets...

Isabelle now notices Tye in the Town Hall. "Oh, sorry Tye. The Mayor's just excited, that's all. The Council finally approved his Mayoral status, and now he can start building Public Works Projects and buildings in the town. As you can see behind me, he's pretty excited around that. Oh, but what do you need, Tye?" |
