I cant remember if we decided wands were permanent or single use. I think we decided thw first one. Anyway, three random wands cost about 10 coins normally, but only about 5 with the sale.

I'm pretty sure they were permanent too, that's why you said they weren't sold in stores not to mention that if they were single use they would basically just be Seeds you can't eat.
I'll grab a set of three, and if after that I feel like I might want more I'll get another three. Is there some sort of dupes clause such as rerolling on duplicates or getting Poke in place of them, or are dupes just dupes? Not that it effects my first purchase, but it might also effect my willingness to get another three.

If you get any copies, that's pretty much what you get. But you can always give an extra to an ally or put it in storage in case you wipe at some point and lose your items.
Here's what you got in your grab bag.
Whirlwind Wand: Essentially uses the Pokemon move Whirlwind
Tunnel Wand: Can create tunnels in Mystery Zones when aimed at a wall
Blast Wand: Creates a damage dealing explosion that can hit multiple enemies that are close enough together.
I'll add them to your inventory.

Looks like a pretty balanced set of wands. Whirlwind Wand provides a nice means of keeping enemies at a distance (these things combined with Psybeam spam managed to get me through the Entei battle in PSMD when my partner was oneshotted at the start of phase 2), Tunnel Wand may not be as useful as the others since there's not a whole lot of walls, and typeless damage from Blast Wand is always nice. I think I'll hold off on another purchase, I'm pretty satisfied with these three.
I'll handle the delivery.
