Mystic wakes up in her bed after a good night of sleep. Her house is pretty simple: a bed and some cupboards. No lamps, it doesn't fit with her fortune teller heritage.
The sky is blue trough her door, she hears people chatting outside. It seems like a beautiful day.

That would also explain the grumpiness: all those years without ever becoming something non-useless would make anyone angry at the world. |

Mystic waits for a while and no customers shows up... This is abnormal, even more with all the voices she hears outside.
Torm the blue Boo came to visit Toad Town after hearing so many things about it. A group Toads are looking at him, with their eyes wide open... They are not used to see Boos around. The town seems to be active. The rest of the Toads seem to be too occupied to notice the Boo. Torm notices a house with a spinning roof.
Bruno wakes up in a Inn. He came from the Beanbean Kingdom to visit the Mushroom Kingdom. The room he's in contains a bed, a cupboard, a table and a window.
Toadson wakes up in an identical room, also in the Inn. His home is elsewhere. The fellow members of his Toad Brigade disappeared and he came to Toad Town in hope to find them.
Kameron is reading at home (If you wait a bit, your window will be broken eventually xd)

"It feels good to have finally gotten that darn thing fixed. The hex I put on those darn kids should make sure that they don't start messin' around in my yard any time soon either. Things are finally lookin' up."
