If we actually used the Terms of Service, I would have been banned a long time ago because of Article 18. Look at it:

The only thing stopping that is yourself. You need to send information to those on Mt. Chill and then decide on an actual plan to kill Leviathan unless you feel like getting washed away in a Tidal Wave.

I think the leader was either Kick or Terrible. I don't remember. There's not really leaders though. They're all pretty much equal in terms of making decisions.
