I actually failed a Kelbi quest...
All you need to do is deliver 3 Kelbi horns, which you mostly always get pretty quickly.
But I killed every last one Kelbi on the map and they stopped respawning. I didn't get a single horn.
I think this is hilarious.

Eating pure butter is actually extremely dangerous.
It can block you blood flow and cause an infarct or a cerebrovascular accident.
