Torm will forcefully help Bill out, then go through the door immediately.

---Torm, Mystic, Bill, Kameron and E. Gadd---
Torm opens the door as Kameron kicks Bill trough the stairs, then teleports under them. E Gadd cuts one of the stair to pass trough. Everyone follows Torm inside the room.
It's full of tools, barrels, guns, swords, etc. on the floor. There's 2 pirate guys looking up. One of them look at the heroes.
Pirate Guy: "Oh hi... You never saw us ok?"

Bill takes a sword and three wrenches. (Note: You will have to keep track of these yourself. These are not items per say. You can use them whenever you want, as long as you are not in battle. Your sword could be used to initiate a battle, but not during the battle.)
Torm finds a treasure chest. +3 Mushrooms.
