Joel makes some beeping noises before getting to work on his new broken stuff. He uses his Stupid Turtle Painting and Exploded Robo Bob to update his own stuff. He crates the Painting Beam! He quickly installs it before performing his victory dance. He then actually pays attention to the conversation. "Is that an objective? I will assist Sir with Bad Breath."

So, I want to go back to central town, but a weirdo kills me as soon as I exit... Can you please beat him up?
He said that his friends were coming, so be careful!"

Oh, I forgot to put the laser description up.
Painting Beam: A handy new weapon installed in Joel's wrist! This weapon is capable of shooting small beams that turn enemies they hit into paintings. Larger enemies require more shots to be transformed.
