Well, I waited half an hour. (Nice thing about games like this one is I don't have to wait for input of other people. BWAHAHAHAAAA!)
Plague Knight heads on into the mall, looking around in it. Actually, there don't seem to be very typical shops here. One of them looks like some sort of weapon shop while another looks like it sells TMs. Another shop sells Pokeballs and there's a cafe in here as well. Finally, there's an arcade where you can play games. There's also a club here. Oh, it's open at night, so you should be able to get in if you want.

(Well, you can do both. Not like there's a time limit...or is there...?)
Plague Knight sells the TM to the vendor directly in exchange for five normal Pokeballs and it seems as a promotion, he got a free Primier Ball. Plague Knight then takes the Pokeballs with him as he heads to the club, even though he has no idea how to use a Pokeball. The club has lots of lights going on of multiple colors. There's a bar too selling drinks. There's both alcoholic and non alcoholic, but you need money, which you don't have. Despite that, being here seems free. The DJ here looks familiar somehow. It's a bear wearing sunglasses.

Plague Knight makes his way over to the DJ, but as he talks, either the DJ can't hear him over the music or he doesn't care right now. Either way, the music continues to play loudly and people dance around everywhere while the lights flash.

Bursts are pretty flashy, but considering that they're also explosions that's a bad idea. We've already had one run-in with the cops, and we can't count on a random thing from another video game to save us twice.
Also, there's no DJ bear with sunglasses as a pokemon, so unless it has a moon pattern on its face, a ring on its belly, some light blue snot dripping from its nose, or what looks like a beard made of ice, I'm pretty sure it isn't a pokemon.

Plague Knight starts to preform some medieval dances. To say the least, he definitely draws attention. He stands out pretty well with his weird dancing and most people sort of avoid him. The DJ pays no mind to him and continues to play his songs.
