Cosplayers do not equal street performers according to fuzz
It's true that street performers aren't necessarily cosplayers, but a cosplayer that actually has a soul for the business is a street performer, or a *insert location* performer.

Considering that villains are cooler than good guys imo and that doing bad actions should give us some villains as characters, I'll go with Awkward's decision of killing her...

(*facepalm* Fuzz is truly the voice of reason while Awkward is impulse...)
You choose to attack the girl, throwing an exploding potion at her. She panics as Plague Knight throws it stepping back as she shrieks and calls out her Pokemon. "Hydreigon! Help me! These freaks aren't just creepy! They're criminals!" Your characters find themselves face to face with a three headed dragon Pokemon as it roars at them in a fit of rage! Others nearby are turning their attention to you and someone reaches for their phone to call the police. The couple and the dancers having their double battle stop to look over at the commotion. It seems they just drew a lot of attention to themselves...

Fiora explains to the civilians that they're testing their police force. "You two are totally insane! They attacked me!" Before you know it, the police show up on their motorcycles. They're lead by a blue haired woman that stands to confront you.
"This is the Castelia City Police Department. Drop your weapons and put your hands in the air." The police are all holding guns pointed at you along with their Growlithes in a battle position. The girl returns her Hydreigon and holds her hands in the air, letting out an annoyed puff of air while giving you a nasty look.

(I don't think Plague Knight has any potions that heal. All of them are used as weapons as far as I know.)
