Suddenly, King Boo appears everywhere in town.
Angela: "WOAH THERE! WHAT IS HAPPENING? HE'S EVERYWHERE!
Wait... My holograms are not detecting anything...
What is this?"
Bekon finished placing his traps. He doesn't see any King Boo. Joel either.
Shady Postman doesn't seem phased by the massive amount of King Boo and looks at Duster.
Shady Postman: "I don't know what's your plan, but you need to choose quick. Jetpack or parachute?"
Captain Chaos seems ready to fight.
HMS gives a Bunny Hood to Dodongo so he can flee faster. They both hide inside the mask shop.

Captain Chaos is punching at the King Boo, passing trough them.
Captain Chaos: "You're right, they are not real!"
Angela equips the Spirit Mask, making all the illusions go away. King Boo is not here...
Angela: "Well, the real guy is not here right now..."
In the distance, Angela notices a weird humanoid with two arms coming out of it's shoulder. The arms are like blades.
Angela: "Wait... There's a guy running right our front door, he's still far. I'll have two holograms shoot near him, not on him, with the turrets to distabilise the thing.
He got some mirrors on his back."
---Duster---
The shady postman gives a parachute to Duster, while he takes the jetpack for himself.
Shady Postman: "Be Ready, I'm going away as soon as we reappear!"
Shady Postman throws a smoke bomb on the ground. Duster reappears high in the air, as he sees the Postman flying away.
Duster is currently free falling, all he can see under him is a bright purple light coming out of something. He seems to be above Rope Snakes Town right now.

Joel will go to a turret and switch out the real ammo with the repellant. He then uses the cannon to shower the field in front of town with the repellant.

I mean...
Time to pull out the big guns!"
Duster will fall downwards and aim towards the light, only slightly lowering his air momentum by taking out Rope Snake and spinning him like a lasso. When Duster gets low enough, deploy the parachute and snatch at the purple light with Rope Snake.

Duster opens his parachute, then swings at the purple light.
King Boo: "!"
Duster took King Boo's crown and the purple light disappeared.
King Boo: "COME BACK HERE!"
King Boo goes after you... With your parachute, he's gonna get you before you touch the ground. You noticed King Boo is transporting some mirrors.
---Joel, Angela and Bekon---
The Fake King Boo disappears as Joel shoots repellant at SlasherNecromorph... Which has no effect. Weirdly though, the mirrors broke.
Angela: "I don't think he's a ghost!"
SlasherNecromorph runs trough the turrets blast, taking bullets like they were soft balls. He doesn't even seem to be hurt. He starts to break the door down.
Angela: "HE'S AT THE DOOR! NO SIGN OF THE CREEPY GHOST GIRL!"

"Switching battle tactics. Keep the enemy still." Joel shoots his Painting Beam at the Slasher. He'll need a couple more hits to fully paintingize him. Weakening the Necromorph will also help paintingize him.

(Hmm... I gotta ask a question here. Could King Boo get hurt by physical attacks? Duster could kick ghosts to damage them in Mother 3, although you could say this was more of a limitation of the battle system...)

(Well, he can get hit by spike balls in Dark Moon and punches in SM64DS, so I'll say physical attacks works.)
