Winged Cowboys
The Boos all go out and scout the area around the ship while you and May ask Yura where Lupis might be. "I don't know exactly. He could honestly be anywhere for all I know. But I DO know wherever he is, he's trying his best to do what's right. It feels like it's been so long since I've last seen him...maybe we can find him if we look for the Gods' Necklace. If we can awaken a new Legendary Hero, it should emit a bright light and we could find him easier."
The Boos then return with information about the surrounding floating islands. There's Glitzville, an island containing a lush forest with mysterious crystals all over it and another island with ancient ruins on it, also in a forest. Glitzville is replacing the Glitz Pit with a Concert Hall since the owners left, but otherwise things are the same. Frey still runs her juice bar and the shops there are all still working fine, if not even better since the recent tourism boost from the John Cena concert. The Boos looked around the crystal forest and found that there were some strange looking Pokemon over there along with a cave that went underground. The ancient ruins have lots of wall murals of monsters in it and there are four ancient temples on that island in all. None of the Boos really understood what was up with the ruins though. Other than that, there's a lot of ocean around the floating islands.
Anyways, Ultra and Pixy head off inside the ship. There they find Meta Knight, steering it and the complaint board is overflowing. The smoke seems to be coming from downstairs. Is there a fire? You can hear Bowser Jr. "Hey, what does this button do...?" After a loud explosion is heard, he starts to yell for help. "AHHH! HELP!" What did he do!? The ship is shaking around a lot!
"That's it, I'm going down there myself." Meta Knight disappears from the wheel and the SHIP STARTS CRASHING DOWNWARDS! QUICK GRAB THE WHEEL! SOMEBODY HAS TO FLY THIS THING OR IT WILL CRASH!
Outside, Yoshi, Yura, and May are talking, but suddenly the ship starts to crash downwards, headfirst! May almost falls right off the ship, but last second, Yura grabs her arm and pulls her back up. "What's going on!? Why is the ship crashing!?"
Heroes
Xerneas creates a beautiful light across the sky from its horn. If there's anyone nearby, they should notice that in the night sky. Mox teleports away, appearing in the Verian Village and asking for help. "Help? Where? Please explain."
Meanwhile, back in the town, the cloaked guy takes out his phone to take a picture of the lights in the sky. As he stands there, trying to take the picture, Malefio shoots ice spikes at him. He doesn't have enough time to move out of the way, but Flora and Rain jump in to block the attack! "We won't let you hurt him!" Flora takes the first round of ice spikes to protect him.
"He may be our boss, but he's also our friend." Rain takes the second round of projectiles.
"And we'll protect him with our lives!" Both of them say this in unison while blocking the last round of ice spikes with their weapons. "If you want to get to him, you'll have to go through us first."
After a quick Aromatherapy, TGC and Saria's status effects go away and they're no longer controlled. Lupis goes around to attack enemies that were near the Makeshift Shield, but the only one that attacked it was the knocked out Giant Golden Pikachu, so he instead goes for an attack on the closest enemy. He attacks Flora and Rain, but the two seem skilled in blocking and dodging and are focused on defense right now, so there isn't much effect. "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, okey. I'm on it-Eww, fighting. Come on, guys." Laguna jumps off the Chocobo and holds hands with both Fuzz and TGC, sitting down in a circle with them. "I think we should do something nicer than fight. Here, I have an amazing book. It's called the America to 1920's Textbook. It's about America to the 1920's. I think we should take turns reading. You with the weird bug sword. How about you start us off by reading page 165?"
