Err can we get clarification on factory production I'm seeing instant creation of whatever the factory produces per cycle with material, or an extra slot for production, as well as inconsistent days comparing across players and no idea if the production costs gold or not (I was under the impression it did.)

Yeah... factories still require money and materials. Even if a single tank is produced every 4 days, it will only be worth 4 days. So a swarm of 400 armed troops might be able to take the tank out...

Here how I think the factories should work:
Step 1:
Build Bandit Truck [0/40 days]
Step 2:
Add a project slot to build bandit trucks quicker [0/40 days]
Step 3:
Projects: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.[factory project] Build bandit truck [0/20 days]
Now, the truck made from the factory should have a power of 40 days like the original, otherwise the factory is pretty much useless.

I feel like that defeats the whole purpose of having a factory. The point is to have extra space to build machines and equipment in. When yo do it that way, you're still using up the project slots, so you have no extra room.

Yeah I was leaning to just an extra slot to do stuff specific, nothing about empowered factory days.

Alright so factories... here is the deal.
They will add a new slot for specific construction purposes, and the time that the project should take is halved. This slot cannot be split between other slots, so the effect doesn't stack.

Should the Polymerzation Lab follow the same rule I.e half the slots but they do double work, also do research labs get the same production bonus?

Do factory / labs projects cost money? Like the claws/shields being made in them do I need to spend 10 gold or just the materials?

uhhh.... I don't know. I would THINK you would still need to finance it, but only for the days it is required to be built. It is essentially half off that way.

I need to scout the closest Central Alliance outpost. Can I do this? I have ten special units that excel as scouts. I need someone to mod it and tell me what information they found, if scouting is allowed.

There aren't really any outposts, they are all holed up in the main town. If you want to scout the main town you can, but they only detach when trying to deal with threats.
