So the Japanese trailer confirms character customization. Turns out Game Freak actually realized that this is a feature people want to see return, although I'm not sure why they didn't have any sign of it in the international trailer. Also, Hawaii confirmed.

Not impressed. I hope the evolved starters look better. And everyone I know has been calling the new legendaries Digimon because of the designs, including myself. Then again, I guess people were saying the exact same things as me for previous gens when they started out.

Also, look at that detail tho. Look at those maps. Look at that Hawaii. It looks like the ranger regions for some reason. I could have sworn one of those villages IS Coconut Village. Those space Pokemon look like alien Pokemon replicas of Noivern and Pyroar.

But it's a kitty! It's the first cat Pokemon I actually like!
The owl is pretty cool too, but that cat can't be passed by. It's fur stands up when it shoots fire! I still do have to say the owl is cool, just not really my style.
I think the water type is a seadog.

of coarse all of the Starters are at the lowest tier of LC (little Cup) all of the baby pokemon are in LC

Honestly, gen 5 and 6 starters weren't really interesting to me.
Gen 7 ones looks great imo compared to the 2 previous generations.

I like the competitive viability of Pikachu in Smash 64 and 4. I like the Mewtwo buffs. OOH, if they put in a bomber jacket for customization then I'll buy this game day 1. |
