Convincing Sci/Ruins Exploration
Your team somehow manages to get Sci out to speak with. Think carefully for what you say might turn Sci away from adventuring forever! Or it could make him become a full adventurer. Either way, you can't get him to help without him making up his mind first. Help sway him in the direction you want. "I don't want to be an adventurer. I'm not physically strong enough and I'm terrible at magic. What could I possibly provide in battle? I would do much better creating more gear creatures alone."

Adventuring is the best thing ever!
The landscapes! If you stay enclosed inside, you won't see any lake with water as clear as a pearl while hearing the soothing sound of a waterfall.
The wildlife! You'll never meet any extraordinary creature that defies your imagination if you keep staring at some gears. Sure some of them are dangerous, but not all of them. The shear pleasure of finding something new! Something you didn't know exist. You're a scientist right? You should understand this feeling more than anyone.
The people! So many interesting stories to hear and share. That's certainly better than staying alone.
I'm not a fighter at all. I just want to help people and see new things. That's what I live for. Sure I have a hammer in case I need to fight, but I usually concentrate on keeping others alive. I couldn't have defeated that Kraken alone. I couldn't have saved the Verian Village alone. I couldn't have defeated that Snake alone. I couldn't defeat anything alone.
The fact though, is that I saved lives in those battles... What you need is a team. And I would gladly accept you as a teamate. You can create creatures! How is that not useful? To create creatures you need knowledge about wildlife. Knowledge... That's an extremely powerful weapon.
Sure, if you're not a fighter, knowing the weakpoint of a dangerous creature couldn't be useful to you alone, but to a group? You would the most important person in that group.

"Mmrph!" Reese's mouth is covered by Aven to keep her from saying anything stupid.
"...I suppose I can return to adventuring. I have been working on new abilities and weapons anyhow. If you wish to try them out, feel free to ask."
You were able to convince Sci to join and unlocked the Engineer, Alchemist, and Gunner classes! Nice work! You can turn in the quest now and collect the rewards or try and finish the ruins quest as well, asking Sci for help.

With that said, I went to some ruins with others (Don't remember who it was) and we were stopped by unnatural darkness.
By asking around, we were told to ask for your help.
Is there any chance you know how to remove that darkness?"

"It sounds like what you need is a simple Magic Torch. They light up dark caves like that, even if they're under some sort of spell. You can buy them at the Item Shop for a pretty cheap price."

Oberünd ran forward, his barely covered feet were fast, but their were many guards. Soon he would have no choice but to fight!
It wasn't his fault he had been covered in blood, that thief had tried to pick his pockets, not the other way around! Besides, you were supposed to kill those who's tried to take what was yours, were you not?
As he ran forward, he accidentally blundered through a group of people's, a few different people were among the group. He yelped as the glass ping guards caught up with him.
"Halt, heathen!" They yelled, as Oboründ prepared to fight then.

New Adventurers
Captain Salty's ship pulls into Port Terran with a boat full of new adventurers. "Welcome te Terran! Hopefully ye all brought some Gold so ye can buy new skills and equipment. This be just the port area. If ye head north, that's where all the shops are. It might be best to go meet with the king at his castle. I'm sure he'd be interested in seeing the new adventurers. Ye should also probably find some of the more experienced adventurers to learn from. The cafe is a popular place for them to hang out at."
