Oberünd should try to get find a perch. Inside of its ear or nose... Haha, if he can't he should get back to the ship. ...For the sake of not dying, I'll have Oberünd just not climb around on the sea dragon that is charging up his signature attack.

What part of you're only dead if the whole party is knocked out do you people not understand? Anyone washed off will be fine at the end of the battle. It's true fliers have a better advantage, but once they hit the water, they won't be flying out too easily with wings that are THAT wet. Except maybe Kain. Kain is OP. It's mostly that it takes a huge suspension of disbelief to think that someone who falls into the ocean and drowns, is turned to ice and shattered, or has their soul ripped out can just get better.

There have been people that survived worse so far, honestly. I mean, if Reese getting shredded apart by Ifrit doesn't count, just look at the Dark Lords. Burned to death, hit with a meteor, decapitated, and they're still alive! Besides, once you have new allies on your side at the end of a fight, it's pretty easy to undo damage that you did yourself.

But you make it think it will be so easy to forgive what just happened. Hey Jess and Sci sorry for taking your soul. Oh come here Aqua we forgive you besties forever. Sorry but would you like it if I had Hilda go over to Ashley and ripped out her throat to become a dark lord even though hey we will return if the murderous wolf can be talked too

It's not a difficult battle if you stop treating it like one and losing your minds. Sort of like with every battle.

Oh dear...
I wanted to suggest the idea of trying to take down Leviathan before it charges its attack, but despite the heavy damage already dealt, we might not be able to quite finish it yet, plus that's way too heavy risk. If we're pulling the boat back (which we absolutely need to do), Azure will get to the side of the boat farthest away from Leviathan. If it attacks the ship, Azure will jump off the ship and then navigate back to the ship in midair, because I think that's actually going to be more helpful than just taking a beefy attack on the ship, plus I don't think her counter will trigger from a distance. With her high speed and jump height, I think she could do it. And do those cannons still have ammo? If so, then Kick will Range Fuse Electro Shock into the cannons that Terrible uses.

You'd need environmental fuse for the cannons

Time to end my life Kick will get in the middle of the boat and repeatedly cast Shattering Ice on Leviathan and the water swirling around it. Considering that the attack strikes from below the enemy, I can hopefully deal a little more damage to a more vulnerable part of the Leviathan. Even if I freeze the water around it, I think it'll still power through the ice to attack us, but it can't hurt either.

Question: Are we allowed to go below deck for the turn as a way to dodge the attack, or would that not really do any good?

You could, but then you wouldn't be able to attack this turn or until the end of next turn.

Eh, I think I'll stay above deck. If having Salty pull back the ship takes up a turn, then that's the only thing I'll do. If not, then use Arcane Blast while pulling back to a safe distance. I highly doubt Koko has access to Choco Meteor (even if it is weaker than normal Meteor), so Koko will do nothing for this turn while minding her position. Kain will land on the ship and spit a fireball at Leviathan.

(Again a case of nobody telling me something existed) Brick will cast some Water. Knowing an earthquake is useless on a boat, and electricity would kill us all.

(Stun Shot specifically says it's usable with any long-rang weapon... Can I use Stun Shot with a cannon instead of my gun?)

Cannons move last though. Stunning an enemy at the end of the turn is useless.
