Great, we're fighting a superhero with super speed. Hmm...
Cast Slow on him to make him run as fast as a normal human. Then make sure to dodge his attacks by using ice spike wall counters.

Shulk takes out Monado Saga
Shiva freezes the bubble so they fall on Shulk. Shulk dodges them after enchanting his weapon, but Shiva comes in range while he's busy and uses Rage. The shockwave hits and freezes Shulk.
Looks like Shiva has a free turn!
(You can write it in the topic if you want since Shulk can't avoid it)

(Forgot something since you can see everything. The arena is Vanilla Lake from Super Mario Kart)
Kitty uses Slow to slow down the Flash. He's still definitely too fast for her to keep up with him, but now she can at least see him move.
As he tries to grab Kitty, she counters with spike walls.
She seems to have blocked the attack, but she has no idea if she caused damage to the enemy. The Flash is running in circle on the water.

I don't really feel like making this take too long, so I'll start getting to work. Let's use all our BP to cast Haste, followed by using Godspeed Strike for a boost in speed right now. This should put us at least close in speed. Land a few attacks with ice while running on the water and freezing it with Kitty's paws where she steps. With the lake frozen and the speed nearly evened out, control the entire area, dropping the arena on top of Flash. Or at least the entire arena except for one spot where Kitty is standing.

Shiva shoots a giant laser at Shulk. He would probably have died, but his weapon seems to have made him more resistant. Shulk is out of the ice, but seems exhausted.
More bubbles are bouncing around.

Shiva moves backwards, while freezing the bubbles again. She them uses another snowstorm to cover herself, while Shulk activates Monado Speed to dodge the bubbles launched by the storm and Shiva's kicks.
He runs around the bubbles, dodging them, but in the chaos created by the snowstorms, he can't avoid the Blizzaga casted by Shiva while Shulk tries to retaliate with Slit Edge.
THE MASTER: "SHULK FROZE TO DEATH! MRFUZZ111 IS THE WINNER!
IT IS NOW TIME FOR THE FINALE!"
(Deciding factor: RNG decided that Shulk was hit by that last Blizzaga...)

Btw Just, you're not planning on using any Bravely Second jobs with Kitty, right? I think I've decided on my next character being Yew with all jobs available in Bravely Second (which provides a decent amount of overlap but still gives you about seven jobs I don't have including Cryomancer and Explorer), but if you get all of the jobs from there than that would make Yew a completely redundant character.
Edit: Also, post-battle handshake.
