Even Big is confused, and that takes a lot to do without the misplacement of Froggy.
Yeah, Big will cast the fishing line at one of the fireballs and see what happens. Maybe he'll yoink it. Maybe he'll get a flaming hook? Maybe his fishing rod will catch on fire, although it already does that in Heroes... Maybe this "Rachel" will simply dodge a really obvious attack. IT'S ANYONE'S GAME

Rachel shoots a barrage of fireballs at Big the Cat as he casts his line into one of them. The rod becomes a fire rod, but Big is hit by multiple fireballs.
Rachel: "A fiery fishing line? What kind of fighter are you"
She takes a defensive stance.

Big will keep the fishing line extended and spin around rapidly while approaching Rachel, creating a circle of flaming line. If Big gets close enough, attempt a fishing rod strike.

Big the Cat starts spinning towards Rachel as she looks in confusion. When he gets in range, she punches the ground as a dome of electricity is generated around her, launching Big backward.
Big feels badly hurt now.

I am extensively researching Big the Cat's abilities and compiling information for this in order to fight better. I've even been researching things such as old strategy guides, game manuals, and Sonic speedruns to formulate the next best course of action. You can ask Just14 if you think this isn't so. If you really want, you can go ahead and establish a time limit before auto move/surrender if it's annoying you too much.
