Feldgrau starts to charge directly at Mikado, increasing in speed with his semblance starting to activate. Mikado keeps a calm mind and watches carefully, waiting. Once Feld approaches, Mikado drops to the floor and sweeps his leg across the ground to trip Feldgrau into a wall. It seems Feld was ready to dodge punches, but didn't have a plan for getting tripped! Mikado takes his chance and kicks Feld into the wall before jumping up high and landing a powerful kick to Feld's head. "ENOUGH! The battle is over! Mikado has won. Feldgrau, your reckless charging in leaves you open for attacks and traps. Mikado, you are simply too full of yourself. When you have an attitude like that, it's bad for you and your team. Just because you're leader doesn't mean you're the strongest."
Kitrino runs toward Spearah and tries to slide into her while hitting her with his shield, but she jumps above him and smashes both her axes into him at the same time. Luckily, the shield blocked the attack, but it seems the battle has not progressed anywhere.

Dracy grabs Violetta's whip and turns it invisible. "Hey! That's cheating!" Violetta starts to charge up an attack as shadows begin to surround her.

Assuming that Spearah's axes don't have rubber handles or anything like that, shoot electricity at them. If it connects, she'll be forced to either drop her weapons or be electrocuted, gradually wearing down her aura.
I might use that as a limitation: while he can send out electrical pulses perfectly fine, a steady electrical current can only be shot at metal objects, his own spears or used through physical contact. Against human enemies with weapons or armor the metal part works, at point blank it can be used while wrestling an enemy to the ground, and with his own weapons he can pretty much go Azure Striker Gunvolt on Grimm by throwing a spear at them, impaling them with it, and then lighting them up with electricity.

Spearah throws her axes at Kitrino while he fills them up with electricity. The axes hit him before bouncing off and landing into Spearah's hands, but zap her once they do. "Ouch! That hurt..." Spearah shifts her axes again into her ranged weapon.

Violetta creates a giant shadow cat that is more like a shadow lion. Dracy turns invisible and starts running around while shooting thorns at Violetta. She's hit, but the lion sniffs the air before finding Dracy's location and starts charging right at her!

Whip one of the lion's leg, using ice dust to freeze that leg, then swing the whip around to throw the lion at Violetta.
