I don't know. It just sounded funny to me. It could get pretty old after a while though. I tend to prefer stories that are meant to have something behind their creation.

I just suck with intros...
I'm supposed to introduce the 9 civilizations after the last sentence I wrote, but it just doesn't seem fluid...
I'm trying to find what's missing or maybe rewrite the whole intro from the start.

If you tell me about the civilizations, I can help you out. If they're drastically different, it would make sense the writing feel is different with each introduction. Having a single voice tell you about the many different places can help tie them together. You can send me what you have through PM and I can give you some helpful advice if you want.

Not only do we have more than enough fantasy RPs, but they've just become all too common and pleby at this point. Sci-fi isn't "Played out" any attempt to make one has been almost completely ignored. The serious horror I'd actually be willing to help with. I'm always up for something weird. And I'd be excited for a gauntlet dark legacy one. I'd probably play as the Jester. |

And then I suddenly have my new approach to start Dymenzia...
Should get started for real next time if have time to really write something.
(Funny things is that there's like a LOT of game I want to do, but I feel like I'm already lacking in updating those I have right now, except for THE MASTER.
-A GDL game.
-I thought about an MH game, but Ultra did one.
-A really weird thing with a nonsensical story also interests me.
-Wanted to make a horror game, but it doesn't seem to interest the other users, except blood)

I'm keeping it after all, I'm just gonna restart the intro, because I know what I did wrong now. I'm bad with narration, so I just have to dwelve right into the action and make the Prologue as a character's perspective. If you want to build your own CYOA though, I don't mind. It probably won't end up anything like mine even if it also has the concept of 10 civilizations working together... Or we can make this into a collaboration? |
