(Honestly, it's hard to say if she would even notice them. She's pretty focused on watching Ifrit destroy the Mechanis forces.)

He tears up too when he saw Sylvera, but concentrates on healing the others.

Paul enters the room he kinda of looks upset about what happened.
Then he sees Jess off in the distance.
"Sister what are you doing here?," Paul asks as he approachs Jess
"Sister?" Jess said completely surprised. "Umm have we met before?" Jess asked completely confused.
"Surprised you don't remember me, you were such a wee lass, back then," Paul said as he went to hug Jess. "I remember seeing you in the Terran camp but after seeing you now there's no doubt your my baby sister Jess," Paul said. "You were so young when I left to go on a journey," Paul said
"Wait what are you saying, your my brother," Jess said in shock.
"Of course you are I was there that day, the bandits killed our parents," Paul told Sara. "I was just getting back to the village when I saw something going on at the house," Paul told Jess. "I tried but it was too late there they were dead, I looked everywhere for you but when I couldn't find you I thought you were dead," Paul said.
"Having felt like I lost everything I traveled the world," Paul said. "Mainly to train but to help those in need," Paul said.
"Wait I remember something," Jess said. "After the bandits left somebody came in screaming my name the voice it sounded familiar," Jess said. Jess closed her eyes to focus on the sound of Pauls voice then it hit her at once. "Paully, is that really you Pally?" Jess asked.
"Yes Jessie," Paul said.
"Paully, Paully your alive, I thougt it was the bandits looking to claim there last victim, but it was you Paully," Jess said as she teared up hugging Paul.
"Paully Paully there is so much to tell you so much that happened, so much," Jess said sobbing into Pauls shoulder.
"Shh Jess there will be time to catch up after this," Paul said hugging Jess.
"At least let me meet your friends," Paul said.
"Malik, this is my big brother Paul," Jess said introducing Paul to Malik.

The others are all here as well and Ashley helps out Malik with the healing. It seems they're waiting on only Lupis and Viker now...
The war continues to go on below. Alexander has appeared.
