Paul walks into a room full of blossoming roses. He sees Rafon sitting inside of a giant rose, watching the battle unfold below. He sits casually with his legs crossed. "Yes, Master Lancet will be quite pleased by this outcome. Hello, dear. Care for some tea? No, that isn't why you're here, is it? Alas, it seems the time for battle is now. I am so very sorry it had to come to this, Paul. You seemed nice enough to me."
With a powerful slash of his blade, the rose he was sitting in is cut to pieces and all the roses in the room catch on fire. Rafon falls down and lands gracefully on his feet. "My dear wife, it seems our celebratory candle dinner will have to wait. There are hoodlums to deal with. I apologize in advance, but I cannot disobey Lancet. For my master, I will slay you here. Say goodbye!"

Goodbye? Paul says with more of a question.
Alas I was hoping we could try to find a peaceful solution. Honestly, you and your wife didn't seem like the type and take over the world. Heh loyalty its a funny thing your willing to risk your life for Lancet.
Yet if there is no other way.
(Paul unsheaths his sword)

Paul will start off by dual casting hurricane and water blast. Paul will also double fuse Draining Vine and Dark Void
Rafon something tells me you and your wife are really cool people I am sorry we have to meet on sucv terms

Paul creates a wall of water and wind before blasting it towards Rafon. Rafon counters it with a wave of fire though. As Paul fuses Draining Vine and Dark Void into his sword, shadowy vines with red thorns grow all over it. Rafon starts to move strangely. Wait, you remember this dance. It was used to avoid everyone's physical attacks back during the fight against Rafon before! Maybe you can find a way past it...

Paul just let's out a groan. Not this dance again must be a Tuesday. (Carbunncles spirit: Scree Scree)
Paul will try this.
He will feint like he is going in for a physical strike but in reality he has a triple fused plan. He is going to Triple Fuse Shredding Vines, Explosion Fungi and Fireball. Aim it around Rafon so that when he doges my blow he steps into my trap.

Triple CAST or Triple FUSE? This could seriously affect the outcome. Are you using them as spells or fusing them in your weapon?

Paul jumps forward and strikes with his sword, but Rafon jumps over him and lands a slash with his blade. Paul seems fine with the injury though as spores suddenly appear all around Rafon and explode. Large, carnivorous plants them come out of the ground and breath fire on him before disappearing. "Not bad, but I'm far from finished." Rafon changes dance steps and starts casting a spell.

Huh changing steps I wonder.
Paul will launch a single fireball towards Rafon and watches for his reaction. Then Paul will go into the Counter Stance and brace himself for the spell

(If possible, see if you can stall this fight out rather than outright killing him. If Sylvia can talk Lancet down, he may in turn be able to talk Rafon and Ayka down.

Paul shoots a fireball at Rafon, but he easily dodges the flames before making vines grow out of the ground and whip Paul. Paul is unable to counter as the vines hold him in place and constrict him as well, but he does manage to cut the vines away and escape them. Rafon then changes his dance again. "At this rate I'll be able to shortly have my lovely dinner and then go home to see my children. They can grow up in this new world ruled by Lancet."

Hmm time to test something out.
Paul will take a bow and tell Rafon how honored he is to fight such a strong opponent.
But the fun has just begun. Paul then tosses his cape and begins to triple cast explosive fungi, hurricane, and shredding vines.
Paul will then go ahead and dual fuse fireball and explosive fungi.

Paul causes large spores to surround Rafon and burst apart into wind explosions while vines grow in their place and hit him. Paul double fuses magic into his weapon before Rafon combines light and dark magic together to create a chaos blast around Paul. It hurts pretty badly...Paul could use some healing.

Rafon I am truly sorry we met like this. The last thing I wanted to do was to do the same thing that was done to me. My parents were taken from me when I was a boy. I had the misfortune of witnessing there deaths right in front of me.(Paul says as he's deeply remorseful about what he's doing)
Rafon please we don't have to do this. What is to be gain from either of our deaths? I would be leaving behond my beloved whos fighting for her life right now. Your wife would lose such a wonderful person and your kids would lose such a wonderful dad.
I was lead to believe that the Dark Lords were fighting to destroy the world or take it over. Yet, you and your wife were only doing this to protect your friend. You were trying to save him. Please ww don't have to countinue. I don't want to harm a friend any more. I just want this to end
Paul will do a couple of different things. If Rafon is willing to talk then Paul will listen to him.
Yet if Rafon goes in for an attack on Paul. Paul will triple cast Dark Void, Draining Vine, and explosion fungi.

Paul stands there and tries to speak with Rafon. "You're very kind. But I'm incredibly sorry. Though I would love to just drop this fight, it would go against everything I believe in to betray my master and my dear wife. I apologize, Paul, for what I am about to do to you." Rafon holds his sword high to ready his final strike. As he dashes forward, Paul is hit with a sudden blast of darkness and stabbed powerfully. He feels incredibly weak, but Carbuncle appears and releases a gentle light from the ruby on its head. Paul's wounds are fully healed and he feels much stronger. Carbuncle must have increased his magic. As he casts his final spell, vines of darkness start to whip Rafon and cause explosions before the vines themselves wrap around him and explode. Rafon drops his sword and falls forward on his hands and knees.
"Urgh...is this...really the end? I guess I got careless. Dear Ayka...please forgive me. It looks like our dinner will have to wait. Faron...Kaya...don't hate your father too much. He loves you both dearly. I can't hold on any longer...looks like this is really it..." Rafon falls over and stops moving.
