Ashley walks into a room full of experiments. There are strange creatures floating in liquids and multiple chemicals all over the place. In the center stands a scientist watching over the ensuing battle. "Yes, my children are doing perfectly...Who DARES to interrupt me...!?" He turns around and sees Ashley. "Ah, it's you. The potion girl. Laughable. You make mere puddle water compared to my potions."
"I'm not here to talk."
"I guess not. That's too bad. I love intellectual conversation. You are looking at The Engineer's right hand man, Eugine! I am the scientist of all greatness! Hahaha! I help create all those fancy weapons and bombs. Oh, and my wonderful experiments are wreaking havoc below! Oh, but you don't seem interested. Too bad. It's beautiful, really."
"Shut up."
"Oh...?"
"Taking lives is wrong. I devote mine to saving them. You old fool."
"Your insults mean nothing to me. I will simply brew a potion to make your words fail! Have you ever wondered what it might be like to die...? I'm sure you'll find out soon enough."
"Enough talk. We let our weapons speak for us."
"Very well then. Send me a post card from your grave!" The scientist takes out a variety of potions, ready to do battle.

Ashley drinks a regenerative potion while Eugine throws down a variety of poisonous potions, causing a sickening fog around Ashley. She's poisoned, but it's countered by her regeneration potion. Ashley fuses ice into her lance as it freezes over and ice crystals float around it. Eugine tosses flaming potions that explode on contact, but Ashley blocks with her ice lance. She sends out shattering ice blasts with her Lance as Eugine dodges them. "Oh hoho! You aren't as stupid as you look!" Eugine takes out a potion and drinks it, healing himself. "But I'm afraid you won't be fighting me. That was just a small test." He takes out a remote and pushes a button as a large gate opens up, causing a giant monster to come walking out. Some strange combination of lion, snake, and goat with large eagle wings. Wait, that's the Chimera! "Do you like my Chimera copy? It's an upgraded version of the one you adventurers fought!" The Chimera walks toward Ashley and roars.
"I'm not afraid of you." Ashley sends a wave of ice out from her lance and freezes the ground below her. The Chimera uses many powerful claw swipes, damaging Ashley, but she retaliated with large spires of ice coming up from the ground and stabbing into it. The Chimera follows up with a powerful body tackle, knocking Ashley off her feet, but she quickly gets up, launching a wave of ice at the Chimera to get some distance while healing. Ashley shoots out water blasts around the area as they freeze immediately on the ground and shoot icicles at the Chimera. The Chimera gets back up on its powerful claws and roars before breathing out a paralyzing breath. Ashley suddenly can't move as the Chimera sends a venom wave at her with its tail. It then blasts wind at her, knocking her into an ice pillar and shattering it before diving forward and smashing her upward into the ceiling. Ashley falls downward and barely manages to cast a spell on the Chimera. As she falls down, it attempts to eat her whole, but as its teeth chomp down, the Chimera explodes into multiple Zonite bits. Ashley lands on her feet and breathes heavily. Looks like her curse worked. Eugine steps back a little, looking shocked.
"Well...that was unexpected. And highly unlikely. Alright, time for THAT then." Eugine takes out a giant bottle full of a black liquid. "Death in a bottle. My latest invention. And you get to test it. How lucky. HAHAHAAAA!" He throws the death potion at Ashley, but it's frozen in the middle of being thrown before it can hit anything. "Urgh...!?" Eugine can no longer move as electricity buzzes around him and poison fills his lungs.
"You should have expected me to displace those status effects on you." Ashley then holds her Lance high in the air before slamming it down. Ice completely covers Eugine before he shatters away into tiny pieces. "What a disappointment. You died too easily." Ashley flips her hair before kicking away an ice piece and walking away.
