Guild Bases
Guild bases are where members of the guild can come and hang out, sleep, use any amenity that the guild has, and meet for guild operations. The downside is that you can only join 1 guild, and only guild members are allowed inside the guild. Each guild comes fully equipped with every type of crafting set (such as anvil, tanning rack, alchemy lab, etc), with no limit to how many slots or types of materials are used. Each guild hall also gives an additional passive bonus based on what type of guild you join. (Example, a blacksmithing guild will give a % boost to blacksmithing always. A combat guild will provide a % bonus to damage or defense always.)
Guild Hall
Guild Halls are small guild establishments roughly the size of an Inn. They have all the basic crafting necessities, and have 24 private rooms, but because of the limited space there is only room for 100 individuals to join up! (Prerequisites: 6 Guild Members. 200,000 gold in guild coffer.)
Town of Beginnings (2% passive increase) 200,000
Guild Estate
Guild Estates are vast and large. They are a substantial lot of property, and there can only be 10 in all of a major trade hub! (every 10 or so levels). The bonuses of having a Guild Estate are great! They give you quite a passive bonus, and have access to anything you can ever imagine you would need for any crafting profession. The Estate itself has 20 private houses, 1 large barracks with 100 beds, and a center field for training. The size of this Estate is so big, it can hold up to 300 members! (Prerequisites: 50 Members, 1,000,000 in coffers, 1 Leader, 2 Second in Commands.)
Town of Beginnings (10 left) (5% Passive Increase) 1,000,000
Guild Castle
Once your guild has established itself as one of the top guilds of all, you are entitled to purchase this massive castle at the center of each trade hub. You have the rights to the entire City, and as such you get taxes from the citizens (Only NPCs). You have access to every crafting need, once more. You own the rights to 100 Villas, 20 large mansions, and the Castle itself, which has a barracks that can house 200 soldiers. With a Castle this size, I doubt you will ever hit the limit, but only 1,000 members can be a part of this massive establishment. (Prerequisites: Guild Estate, 200 members, 10,000,000 in coffers, 1 Leader, 4 Second in Commands, a standing army.)
Town of Beginnings (1 left) (10% passive increase, +10,000 per day in guild coffers.) 10,000,000
Personal Shops
There is only one size shop for all your needs! What each shop does is allow you to craft your own stuff to sell to other players! As such, you can own your own store, which will allow others to easily trade with you! Each shop comes fully equipped with every type of crafting necessity with absolutely no limitations! There are also Market Stalls, but they do not come with any crafting spaces, and they only can be rented for 7 days at a time!
Market Stall
These stalls are cheap to rent, and allow you to sell goods to players for exactly 7 days! They have no crafting capabilities, and are in the open, so there is usually a lot going on and it can be hectic to get any attention. Use these if you don't have enough to afford your own shop, or want to quickly sell a few items.
