Funny thing is the Carbuncles are controlling the ship. :P Kelly had it all planned out. Then why the hell did you say to think back to what we did last time if that obviously doesn't work? Because that's only what you did to dodge Tidal Wave, which you'll have a different way to avoid. But look at what you did to avoid the normal waves.

Does anyone remember how we dodged the waves? I'm pretty sure we just paralyzed Leviathan and didn't end up dealing with them much if at all. Does anyone have any moves that inflict paralysis?

Alright then, we should tag them both in so we have two chances to inflict paralysis. Yoshi, it's your call to tag Ana in, but for Yura I assume anyone can suggest it since both of them are NPCs. If we have to do so with a character, Mog will bring up how the last time we fought Leviathan someone paralyzed it, kupo, so it might be a good idea to do so again if we want to stop those waves.

While paralyzing it is a good idea, it won't help you with the waves already coming at your face. So I'll keep giving everyone until tomorrow to make more plans.

I looked at it the other day, and the best I got was that we repositioned ourselves on the boat. Otherwise I have no idea what this wave business is about.

The waves aren't coming from both sides at once, right? We could have everyone move to the far side of each wave as it comes in (but not so far that you risk being washed off) so less of the wave hits them (or in Mog's case so he can fly high enough that it doesn't hit him at all), going back and forth across the boat.

(Ana is tagged in and Jess is KO from the last fight)

(Oh)
Malik casually walks inside the cabin or the hull so he's inside when the boat shakes.

Support Party never has to worry about dodging attacks, unless I tell you about it. Some specific boss fights will have Support Party interaction. The two from the right are coming at the same time and the one from the left immediately after so you won't have time to reposition. You'll have to find the perfect position right from the start.

Are they going to hit the entirety of the ship or is somewhere like the back not going to be hit?

(*Ahem*)
Malik: "Everyone inside the hull! We'll be fine there."

(The only problem with going belowdeck is that then we can't leave until the end of next turn, by which point Leviathan will be preparing more waves. If we keep just fleeing without paralyzing Leviathan then the waves will eventually tear the ship apart. If there's no safe place, can Kain fly high enough to avoid the waves while also carrying Yura? He could then fly into attack on range after the waves are done and She could use a paralyzing move on Leviathan.)

(You can have Kain fly Yura up high if you use Rescue on her.)
