So... I'm already far away from the gameplay demo xd
What I wanted to do is that every player can pick any character that's been unlocked for use, even if it's not theirs.
The problem with that is that if you use a character that's not yours, it might be hard to keep in-character.
Therefore, I had to find a solution: soul gems.
The thing is that now, like many Vitcon games, you'll play as your username. By befriending or fighting certain characters, you will gain soul gems. Now, I'm currently contemplating 2 options:
1.Soul gems gives you the physical appearance and skills of a character, keeping the user's personality. The problem I can see with that users could still do weird thing with the character's body, even though they're not the actual character.
2.Each soul gems gives you a skill. Makes combat options more limited then option 1, but prevents any character problem. Alternative: Soul gems makes a character appear to use his skill then disappear.
So, what are your opinions or both options?

I think that with proper moderation and respect among everyone, Option 1 would be great.
With Option 1, it's clearly established that it's the player in the character's body, so nothing that occurs can be attributed to the character. I also think it'd allow for more humorour responses like "Whoa, I have a tail!" or "Whoa, I'm buff!" or "Whoa, I'm Phlerb!" by the user. It also just sounds more fun for gameplay purposes as well.

AHHHHHH!!!
Soul Gems contained the souls of dead allies in Grand Tower and could be used in the 10 fountains. They all had different effects. Revival, corruption, purification, combination, and others.

So, in my first game, The Infinite Bakery, one of the first locations was a Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart was an interesting place, with one of our main characters committing suicide because the janitor looked like the villain, and he killed the janitor, making him really sad leading him to kill himself. That entire game was weird. But, anyway, after securing the Wal-Mart the main party went outside of it. It was an empty parking lot, but it had a really fat girl that chased everyone into a shed. There, a kid was just playing around with a taser and managed to kill most of our party. Then, everyone managed to escape by going into a portal. Later on, I'm pretty sure it started raining snakes and a Dinosaur plus the Taser Kid and the fat girl joined the party somehow. They were in the game until I just stopped it, but I remember they were stuck in some sort of time vortex. Taser Kid was the bomb, and he kills a lot of people, though.
But, here's the kicker: Taser Kid managed to sneak into The Grand Tower, and he was basically the Phlerb of today on GameFAQS. There was something about shadow characters, and Shadow Taser Kid was born. Ok, I need some backstory for the next part. You see, the Grand Tower was the birth of the Vitcon shippings. Serena, controlled by Pokemon, and Blue were the ship Just and I wanted to happen. So, they S-Ranked, but Blue died shorty after. Now, something happened that would eliminate all shadow characters, and Shadow Taser Kid brought Serena aside and asked for a kiss. Of course Serena asked for a reason, and I went M.Night Shamalamadingdong on that thing and revealed that Shadow Taser Kid was Blue. Just freaked out, and he disappeared.
Typing this out wants me to make The Infinite Bakery 2. It was like if an acid trip was made into a forum game.

Something about time travel and weird stuff and crazy plot twists. The Grand Tower was pretty good. Well, it was a pretty good mess.

Man, I can tell you all about the best parts of the Infinite Bakery. I randomly added characters from new stuff that I liked and I killed a metric ton of characters because of one mistake.

I just imagined that moment when I decide that X mission gives Hitler's Soul Gem and then fuzz being the one picking that quest...
I don't know if that would be the worst moment in Vitcon history or the best...
(fuzz would have to join the game first though)

Eh, I'm not sure I'm going to join anyways. As it stands I'm already in quite a few games (some of which are coming back) and I'm planning on joining Pokemon Z.
