Yew defaults one time, before Treblig raisez his head.
LK_Treblig: "Huh?
King Boo?
What are you doing here? My lizards are already doing the work. I don't need any help"
Yew defaults a second time
King Boo: "If you say so... I was going to offer these two newcomers as your underlings, but I'm gonna go back instead."
Yew suddenly unleashes a barrage of Blizzaga on Treblig, instantly freezing him. Delibird makes him explode, as King Boo approaches the door they came in from.
Treblig rgenerates, uncorrupted, as King Boo screams while his crown unleashes purple energy :
King Boo: "DUPLICATES! WE HAVE A TRAITOR! CATCH HIM!"
King Boo comes back in the room, laughing.
King Boo: "I made a Yew illusion. They should have fun running after it."
Treblig: "Huh... What is going on?"
Treblig looks around the room.
Computer Voice: "Mission comp..."
Treblig: "OH NO THIS IS TERRIBLE! WHAT HAVE I DONE?
I MUST GO TO THE GYM!!!"
Treblig runs out of the room.
Computer Voice: "Maybe not after all..."
Delibird: "What was that all about?"

"We've got no time to lose. If any guards question me being with you, just create the illusion of handcuffs on me and tell them that you've taken care of the issue."
Yew puts his hands behind his back.

(Well, I actually liked how you handled this. This was supposed to be a battle heavy mission, yet you only did 1 normal battle before reaching the boss.)
King Boo removes the red eyes from Yew and handcuffs him. He comes out of the library and is stopped by Paul duplciates.
Paul: "Hey there, do you need help with the traitor."
King Boo: "No, I need to get him to the the gym to test the ultimate weapon."
Paul: "Have a good day Master King Boo!"
King Boo leads everyone to the gym. Treblig is outside, panicking. Something can be heard stomping on the other side of the door.
Treblig: "Oh no... It's too late..."
[Insert a boss prelude theme here]
Computer Voice: "Analysis. There's a huge chance that a powerful enemy awaits behind this door. Initiating boss bonus:
A) Reflect Water is permaneny active on Yew
B) King Boo's flame attack is guaranteed to inflict burn
C) Delibird's presents are ice explosives
D) Treblig can regroup all the lizards that were in the courtyard as allies

That sounds like a LOT of allies. Water Mirror can be kept up relatively easily, status conditions are nice but not too gamechanging, and Delibird has other options besides Ice Bombs, so let's go with D.

Everyone enters the Gym, seeing a gigantic green lizard in the back of it. The water pipe is above him, dropping water. The lizard seems to be absorbing the water to become bigger.
Treblig starts to speak in lizard language, then turns to the team.
Treblig: "He doesn't want to listen to reason... We'll have to fight him, or he'll go out there and destroy everything..."
Treblig whistles.
Treblig: "I called for allies, they should arrive momentarily."
The giant lizard moves forward from the pipe and roars.
King Boo: "That IS a big lizard."
Party:
1.Yew
2.King Boo
3.Delibird
4.LK_Treblig
Enemies:
Cactuzard (BOSS)

Switch to the Ranger job and use Aquatic Slayer. This deals extra damage to aquatic enemies, which most lizards in Bravely Second are classified as.

The Catuzard stomps around, hitting Yew and King Boo, while Delibird takes Flight.
Treblig already walked to the side before the Cactuzard started stomping.
Before Yew got hit, he used Aquatic Slayer to damage the enemy. It didn't seem to find it pleasant.
Suddenly, 100 various lizards enter the room and start swarming the Cactuzards.

The Cactuzard is occupied by the lizards. He spins around trying to make them fall, but there's too much of them.
Yew attacks with electric spells, King Boo with blue fire, Delibird shoots an ice beam and Treblig stays behind commanding the lizards.
The Cactuzard catches on fire.
Treblig: "Brace yourselves... He should eject water from his body!"

King Boo opens a portal and hides inside his illusion to avoid damage. Delibird crashes down to be behind Yew, while Treblig cowers behind Delibird.
The Cactuzard blasts some water out of his body, making all the lizards fall on their back. Yew reflects the water, which the Cactuzard simply reabsorbs.
The lizards are trying to stand up, while the Cactuzard walks towards Yew.

Switch to Ninja and use Utsusemi to auto-dodge its attack if it's physical, and said dodge will trigger Transcience (counterattack) and Turn Tables (+1 BP).

The Cactuzard tries to bite Yew, but he dodges and counter-attack, while winning an additional BP.
Delibird starts flying again, while King Boo comes out of his portal.
Treblig orders the lizards to swarm the enemy again.
Treblig: "I think it's weak!"
