Lyon hesitates for a moment, unsure how to respond, then shakes his head. "No, I suppose not. Just not used to people approaching me casually, like I'm normal. It caught me off guard."
He glances over at Ava and relaxes a little. Maybe he should stop being so suspicious all the time.

You wander around the town aimlessly at night until you get tired and head home.

Raine smiles and lays down next to Tab, holding his hand. The two look up at the night sky together and watch the stars. They look beautiful tonight. Raine moves a little closer to Tab and points at the different stars. "If you try to connect the dots, some of them look like pictures. Like that one looks kind of like a weird flower."
Morgan
"Of course I can help out with hair and makeup and all that! It's my specialty, you know." Mattea then thinks for a bit. "If I wanted to make a good first impression...hmm...I think it would be a good idea to go somewhere your date likes. Where do you think they'd like to go? Normally something like going out to eat at a fancy restaurant is a first date thing, but some people like to have something a little more private."
Julia
"Sure. Are we doing anything or just going for a walk?"

Hmm something that she likes. Yeah that makes sense. So we can do that Friday right after music rehearsal. Tomorrow would it be okay if we met at the mall to pick out a proper date outfit.

You see I wanted to go as this the Light Magic Woman but I have no fashion sense at all and I kinda of think it would be a neat costume idea.
Of course I will help you anyway I can. I am not sure what use I can be but I promise to help you in anyway

Tab laughs a bit. "Yeah, I think I can see it too. And see, if you look over there..." Tab holds Raine's hand, guiding it to point at a specific star pattern. "...I hate to admit it, but those stars DO look like a sea otter to me. Look, see the tail? That constellation brings back all sorts of memories. I just hope it doesn't send a shooting star at my head..."

But I wanted you to know that...you're very special to me." Raine seems a little embarrassed saying this, but stays calm. "You've done so much for me. Visiting my mom, helping me stay strong when things get rough, and keeping me safe when we're in the other world..." She then moves closer to Tab, placing her head on his chest. "So...Thanks."

"Sure, why not? I'll meet you there."
With plans set, you head off to the park and meet up with Lance, setting up the badminton stuff. The two of you spend some time just casually hitting to each other. "So, how have things been for you? It's a little hard trying to just pass time and wait while everyone studies up on the other world like this. I wish there was something else I could do."

Somnis' expression seems to melt into something between concern and curiosity. "What do you mean 'like you're normal'?"

"My family is very wealthy and influential back home," Lyon replies automatically, as if he had expected this question and rehearsed his response many times with Alfonze. Which he had. "And here, I'm an exchange student from England- not something I expect is normal in a small town like this."
He seems guarded with his response, though Ava's presence next to him seems to relax him quite a bit.
