(It's not as much the character and where they're from as it is the song. If it was the character and where they were from, that would make the other infinite songs you get later have the same effects as the one you have now.)

(Well, yeah, but I assumed that at least their first infinite song would be based on the character and what kind of theme they have, especially since those songs incorporate that theme. Getting back to the subject of differentiating forest songs, I would also like to point out that Plantina's song is titled "JUNGL" and plays in jungles. I can't speak for the others with absolute certainty since I'm not them, but I'm pretty sure that we all chose our first song with the intention of it fitting the character's theme and likely even based the character around that song.)

(*sigh* In hindsight I pretty much left out the biggest reason I keep kind of arguing about it which is that it's not what I had in mind for the character when I made them. I designed him with the basic theme of "forest" in mind and was hoping that his base song would carry the same theme without anything extra tacked on. I even picked a specific version of the song that doesn't include Rick's theme since I felt that it took away from the theme by becoming generically upbeat and losing the sense of mysticism the song had, and was tempted to use the Rainbow Curse version but went with this version because I felt that it was a simpler version that could more feasibly be played on the pipes while the Rainbow Curse version included a trumpet and the original was 8-bit. To me it feels like this is basically a forced addition to the character for no reason except to differ them from a character that isn't all that similar aside from a nature theme to begin with, and now I feel like I need to make the character obnoxiously upbeat to go with that even though that wasn't what I had planned and was going to try for a decent range of emotions.)

(The difference should be that Plantina's transformations are more based on vines and plants, while Cedar's transformations are based on leaves, wood and trees.)

(You don't have to change your character at all. This just makes it so that you don't get the same effects every time. I didn't find anything wrong with making it look a little cuter either. I can't limit myself to making everything simply vines and plants or leaves wood and trees either because those are practically the same thing that are only slightly different. Take it up with Ultrawing if it bothers you that much. I'm sure you can figure something out.)

(What if we have my song transform things based on the terraria underground jungle. For example. My song could turn lava into honey due to one of the bosses in terraria's underground jungle is a giant bee. Plus all of the bee hives found in that area and all of the bee enemies. And there is also the jungle temple in terraria which shares the same theme as the jungle theme.)

(I don't think I know enough about Terraria for that though. I've played it, but I never really did a whole lot in it. I only made a big tower and called it good before quitting. I could try making everything...bee related...? I dunno.)

(Ok so. Here is a list of what is in terraria's jungle biome
Above ground there are piranhas, killer turtles, and a wierd bug called a derpling.
Underground there are large beehives, overgrown trees, man eating plants, a ton of bees and wasp, and the lihzalard temple(where you fight snake people and a giant golem))

(Okay...I'm just trying to figure out how I can make that different, Cedar's song different, and any other forests we may come upon later or have already encountered different. I guess Plantina = thick forest, Cedar = friendly forest, Crabling forest = tropical forest. There. That should be it. Just know that your song could likely make things more dangerous in some situations. While Milton's song basically turns everything into a tribal dancer like him and Cedar's song will make anything he uses it on a woodland ally, yours will make things more vicious or mysterious. Since the song would have made the Lizardmen into hostile snake people, I'm gonna switch their song to Cedar's song. Just warning you not to use it on everything and expect to be best friends in the future.)
Okay, so now that we're done with THAT. The bat is just a normal bat now. Nothing stands out about it. Just a forest bat. The lava is quicksand. The wooden Lizardmen are serving Cedar instead of Plantina. The miners are mining and haven't noticed you.

(Actually me and fuzz decided on something. We decided that my theme would be based on flora(plants) while his would be based more on fauna(animals))

(That actually...works out pretty well. Okay, so hold on.)
The wooden Lizardmen are the same. The lava is quicksand. The bat is...just a bat. The miners haven't noticed you. Are we good now...?
