Cedar focuses for a moment thinking back again to what he saw Plantina do, then changes the song in a nearby lantern to his own.
"Own home become gray, only Cedar and Nascha get out. Hear of plant girl have power to stop gray here, come here to look for. Ask big lizard, he say take to her but traps in cage with her instead. Think this power to stop gray."

Cedar changes one of the wall lanterns from a fire lantern into a lizard with a glowing light on its tail. It's a lantern lizard. The Lizardmen look surprised. "This tuna have power stop gray and power make gray? Very confused."
"This tuna confuse me."
"This tuna special. This tuna pass. Other tuna not pass. Other tuna bad tuna."
"Yes, only this tuna pass." One of the Lizardmen picks up Cedar and Nascha and carries them over to the other side of the wall of Lizardmen blocking the way forward. "You pass, but I watch very careful. Like this." He gets really close to Cedar and stares at him. "Watch very careful. Follow too." It seems Cedar can go on ahead up out of the mines, but the others are still being blocked.
