Blueberry Burt: "Sky Castle is a popular place amongst adventurers. Not anyone can make it into the sky, but adventurers always find a way. For years, adventurers came to challenge the mysteries of the castle. It didn't take long before a group of them decided to build Cloud City so they could come back from the castle and have a place to rest whenever they want. These tales were forgotten though, and adventurers are now a rare sight around here. Therefore, the city was overtaken by denizens of the sky and it is now what it is.
As for the point of interests, there is this Inn, Ooca's shop, the Spinning Sun which is a casino, the fluffy sheep which is a tavern, there's a shop selling small birds. There is also a gryphoon renting service if you need to fly to get somewhere.

Mr. Fuzz exits the Wiggler bus with civilians and another rider. There's another lm Lupis and Dracy are on Kain, ready to fight.
Lupis: "What happened to 'I just want to get my friends and leave'?"
Small Rider: "I'm pretty sure that guy is not part of my team bub!"
Just: "What the hell!? Kirbi! Are you still out there!?"
Kirbi appears on a truck and starts eating the cars above you and Malefio.
Mark is going for you and Malefio, but Kain blocks his way.
Mark: "Ah, Fuzzball. We meet again. I hate you. I'll be taking your soul pieces now."
The enemy summons Obelisk the Tormentor and Winged Dragon or Ra. Obelisk grabs Malefio, while Slifer is running towards Mr. Fuzz. Ra is preparing an attack, while looking at Lupis.
Having a big hand, Obelisk had to pick the truck as well as Malefio. It seems you are freed.

You and NiGHTS run to the Spinning Sun. You enter it and notice it's full of people.
You don't recognize the games though...
One of them is played with different colored clouds.
There's some kind of ordinary looking roulette, but people are throwing feathers at it.
There's some slot machines, but they have multiple levers.
You notice doors in the back with some signs.
The first door is the "Unregulated area"
The second door is "Dogfight lobby"
