Pip smacks one of the nearby Ariados with his fin and it hisses at him before Paula crashes into it with a Quick Electro Ball. The Ariados is knocked back, but stands back up and looks angry. The other Ariados that's still awake is splashed by Werp's water gun as it approaches him. The Ariados that was attacked by Paula stings her and she can feel that its poison has just affected her body. Her health bar begins slowly ticking down. The other Ariados bites Werp, dealing heavy damage to him and healing itself fully. Werp barely holds on with his health bar dropping into the red. Cinder jumps at the sleeping Ariados with a Flame Charge, dealing heavy damage and becoming faster. The Ariados seems to be almost defeated. Looking at the other two, one looks like it hasn't even been injured and another one appears to be at about half health. Paula is down to about half her health as well with it slowly moving downward from poison over time. Werp has very little health left with it being in the red. Pip still has almost all of his health minus a little bit taken off, but is otherwise unharmed. Moon's health continues to drop as the poison affects him over time.

...You changed the targets around. Neither of my moves were aimed at the sleeping one, I specifically said that cinder was targeting one of the ones still awake and Werp was targeting the other one. My plan was to defeat those two then if the third one was still sleeping to ignore it, get Moon out of the web, then leave while it's still asleep.

Ah, sorry. The wording was a bit confusing since if you weren't attacking the one of the web, you wouldn't have to worry about setting the web on fire. That means he would have hit...the one that Paula and Pip were attacking. So Paula is still at 2/3rds health and is not poisoned and one of the Ariados are defeated. But the one on the web is also at almost full health now.

That's okay, it's also asleep and so long as nobody disturbs it we should be able to mop up this last one and get Moon out of here by the time it wakes up. Ember and Water Gun on the one still awake, and cancel the attack rather than changing targets if it's defeated before they attack.

Let's just play it safe then. Pip will use Pound on the non-sleeping one.

The party basically just surrounds the Ariados that isn't asleep and beats the crap out of it until it dies. There's only one sleeping Ariados left on the web. He's next to a panicking Moon.

Carefully get Moon out of the web without waking the Ariados up, then the five of us can leave it there to sleep. If it wakes up use Scratch and Water Gun to attack it while making sure to not give it the chance to poison anyone.

Cinder carefully gets Moon out of the web safely.
Moon: Whew, thanks! I thought I was done for. But I'm still poisoned...
Werp reaches level 12! (I just realized Werp needs to delete a move. Please choose one to delete.)
Cinder reaches level 15!
Paula reaches level 16!
Pip reaches level 15! Pip can learn the move Peck, but must forget a move.

(Mind if I let Malefio pick the move? I'd rather not delete a move I think of as being pointless only to pass him off to someone who may have viewed that move as extremely useful.)
