Flora runs the academy's shop. It looks like the stock they have will change often, so if you don't find something you like the first time, maybe you can find what you want later. The same thing goes with when you find what you want. You should buy it while you're there because it might be gone next time you visit!

Chameleon Fruit: Changes a Vitmon's color to a color of your choice - 500
