To reach Lighthouse, you have to go to the public submarine. Everyone knows where it is.
You enter it and see that there's already a few people in there. There's still some empty seats of course.
One of them is next to a bulky guy wearing armor.
Another one is next to a girl with a sleeveless blue dress.
There's a few seats next to no one too if you want to sit alone.
There seems to be someone else who didn't sit yet: a girl wearing a black hat with a skull and crossbones on it.
