He doesn't see how far from the jungle he is, but the landing has to come eventually...

Resa waits until most people launch themselves.
Mortimer: "Alright... I... I have to do it..."
Mortimer finally finds the courage to launch himself, but at that point, Resa is already approaching the jungle.
It's time for the landing.

---Joanne and Melyn---
Joanne runs and jumps towards the bushes, shooting her hookshot into the bush. She's pulled towards a now-jumping Beowolf and shoots it in the head, pushing it back. 3 more Beowolves come out of hiding, but are split up by a shotgun shot from Melyn.
The first Beowolf can be seen dissolving.
---Anubis---
Anubis spins around, hitting a Beowolf with his axe, then smashing it into the ground. Zuri finishes it by drilling it in the face.
Zuri: "Whew that was too close. Well now that that's done..."
Three more beowolves come out of the jungle and start circling around you two.
Zuri: ...oh... there's three more. Right."
---Aka---
Platin: "Oh...
There's no time to bother about that though. We need to move and get to those cards
Come on!"
Platin starts walking into the jungle, looking behind to make sure Aka is following.

"You cover me, I'll cover you." Joanne launches her harpoon into the closest Beowolf before swinging it into any wolves attacking Melyn. She'll then follow up with a couple gunshots at the one she knocked back before throwing the Grimm on the harpoon into the wolf she hit earlier, retracting the harpoon, jumping in the air, and skewering them both.

Anubis looks at the three enemies before swinging his axe into the first one to charge, shifting his axe while hitting it to blast an explosive missile directly into it, using the blast to propel him backward toward a nearby tree. Bracing for impact, he'll shift the axe back into axe form, smashing it into the tree before kicking off and jumping in the air. He'll spin his axe around to cleave one of the wolves in two while the tree he hit falls on top of the last wolf.

Jack: "...Fun turned into... Dullness."
Jack will turn into his will o the wisp form and float back towards the jungle, staying in the sky to spot the pillars.
Resa will look around in midair to see if anyone's watching her, but then create Grimm wings for her to land safely when she's near the ground regardless.

Anubis waits for the first Beowolf to jump, while Zuri slides under it, switching his weapon into a pickaxe and striking another Beowolf's in the eye.
Anubis shoots a missile at the jumping Beowolf, pushing it back into the jungle. The recoil pushes Anubis into a tree, which he cuts down by switching his weapon into an axe. He kicks the falling tree to push himself towards another Beowolf.
Zuri blocks his target claws with his pickaxe, getting it stuck in the them. He crouches, while switching his weapon mode. As it changes into a drill, the weapon falls and Zuri catches it, then strikes the Beowolf's head with his drill.
Zuri rolls to the side, avoiding the falling tree, while the forst Beowolf jumps back into Anubis, spinning his axe right into it to cut it in two.
The three Beowolves start dissolving.
Zuri: "HELL YEAH! That's what I'm talking about! So... What's next partner?"

(Awkward landing plan made it impossible for you to meet him)
Gray walks for a long time, until he hears some metal clinging. There's a fight nearby. It's actually so close that a Beowolf is thrown by something through the leaves, falling right next to Gray. It stands up and growls at him.
---Jack and Resa---
(Well, alright then RNG.)
Jack starts flying in his wisp form looking for the pillars. He sees a girl landing by transforming her arms into... GRIMM wings?

Natacha is already in minigun mode. Shoot at it, afterwards lets cloak for a few seconds

You casually look at the Beowolf and unleash a burst of minigun in it's face, elimiating him. You then cloak, still hearing the sound of combat nearby.
---Anubis---
Zuri: "Of course, but I meant... Which direction should we pick?"
Anubis starts climbing a tree, the jungle is too dense to find a pillar this way, but he spots some kind of flaming orb moving in the sky. It's not too far.
That's the only thing he sees for now.

Staying cloaked, you walk to see a tall girl with dark blue hair in a pony tail, knocking a Beowolf out with her shield. She also has a sword. There's 6 Beowolves knocked out on the ground, she's fighting 3 more of the wolf-like GRIMM.
Eye contact hasn't been made yet.

The 7 foot tall girl is about to hit a Beowolf when you shoot it, pushing it back.
As you appear, she looks in your direction. Eye contact was made. Seems like you found your partner.
She swings her sword into another Beowolf, blocking the other one with her shield.
She pushes it back with her shield and cut the head off the Beowolf she slashed at.
She then runs towards you, putting herself between you and the two remaining enemies, who are standing up for more.
She raises her shield and takes a defensive position, while nodding at you.
