Resa quickly turns back to normal after landing and sprints forwards into the jungle.
Jack: "...When I said I was looking for fun... I'm not quite sure that's what I meant... Looked really weird. Does everyone else have stuff like this going on...?"
Jack will continue searching for the pillars from above.

The 7 foot tall girl is about to hit a Beowolf when you shoot it, killing it.
As you appear, she looks in your direction. Eye contact was made. Seems like you found your partner.
She swings her sword into another Beowolf, blocking the other one with her shield.
She pushes it back with her shield and cut the head off the Beowolf she slashed at.
She then runs towards you, putting herself between you and the last enemy, who is standing back up for more.
She raises her shield and takes a defensive position, while nodding at you.
You prepare another burst from Natacha, while she blocks the Beowolf's attack and kicks it into the air to give you a clean shot.
Gray eliminates the GRIMM by shooting at it's head.
The girl looks around, then points in a direction.
Balynka: "This way."

---Joanne and Melyn--- Joanne: "You cover me, I'll cover you!" Joanne attaches her harpoon on the closest Beowolf, while Melyn strikes the enemy with her shovel, not caring about getting hit. As she's about to receive a claw to her left side, Joanne swings the first Beowolf into the one about to strike Melyn, making it roll on the side. Melyn runs towards the Beowolf on it's back and thrust her shovel in it's face, releasing a bullet at the same time. She then uses the recoil to cut the Beowolf's chest open, killing it. Melyn: "YOUPPI! One less!" (I think "YOUPPI" doesn't exist in english, but it can always be a character trait  ) Joanne then swings the roped up Beowolf into the one standing up, while shooting at that last one. As both Beowolves are helpless on their back, Joanne retracts her harpoon and pins both of them into the ground. When she removes the harpoons from their bodies, both GRIMM dissolves. Melyn: "WOW!!!!!!AAAAAMMMMMMA.... ZING!!!!!!" |

Joanne looks around for a moment. "Hmm...Hold on to me." She attaches her harpoon to a high up tree, using it to pull her up with its hookshot abilities. From up high, look around and see if anything stands out.

He stops right in his track, bumping into something black... It looks like a big bear. Actually. There's two of them.
Platin: "Oh... Ursas..."
The Ursas are turning around, roaring at both Platin and Aka.
---Jack---
(Look at you, skipping your first battle. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.)
Jack flies over the jungle, finding a pillar eventually. There's a girl waiting next to it. She has pinkish red hair and a blue sleeveless dress.
Wait... What's that black shape flying your way? It's like... a giant bird...
---Resa---
Resa sprints into the jungle. She ends up spotting a girl with a yellow hoodie running her way. She's followed by big black bears.
Topaz: "Oh hi. Ursas by the way."
Seems like Resa found her partner. And some troubles.

Anubis and Zuri run into the jungle. They eventually make it into a clearing, where 10 Beowolves ares disolving.
Standing there is a 7 foot tall girl with a guy holding a mini-gun.
Zuri: "Hello there you two. Met some troubles?"
Balynka: "Obviously."

"Well, let's go that way." Joanne uses her harpoon hookshot to attach to nearby trees and swing from them like Spider-Man using his webs toward the red flare.

The faunus with wolf ears shakes Gray's hand, as Anubis starts walking away.
Zuri: "I'm Zuri Kasper, nice to meet you."
Anubis stops walking.
Zuri: "And you lady, what's your name?"
Balynka: "Deathstalker."
Zuri: "Huh? What kind of name is that?"
Balynka: "YOU IDIOT. THERE'S A DEATHSTALKER RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR PARTNER!"
Indeed, a giant scorpion with a golden stinger slowly walks out of the jungle, right in front of Anubis. It seems to have a pillar stuck in it's claw. There's 4 heart cards on it.
Zuri: "OH MY GOD! THAT'S A BIG GRIMM!"
Zuri unsheates his pickaxe, while Balynka is already running towards the Deathstalker.
