Rescue Whale is one of the stranger fighters to have entered the arena. His name implies that he has the ability to rescue people, but it appears that he is not very good at that. Instead, Rescue Whale is very skilled at appearing in seemingly impossible places for a whale. Not only can he breath in and out of water, but he can also escape nearly any trap perfectly unharmed. His will to protect others makes his perseverance unmatched. Rescue Whale also has the ability to create oddly specific objects from nothing, such as parachutes or random clothes he wears. Rescue Whale is also incapable of thinking very intelligently. Although he usually gets his job done for the unintended person, he usually creates much more casualties than he rescues people. With his unpredictable abilities and odd personality, Rescue Whale may have a chance.
Zinogre is a powerful beast from the Monster Hunter games. Zinogre is very large and has a large arsenal of attacks to choose from. There's even one where Zinogre can spin fast enough to create enough force to fly up in the air. Zinogre can also charge up by gathering Thunder Bugs. Once he collects enough, Zinogre can go into Rage Mode, giving most of his attacks a power boost and electrical capabilities. Although Zinogre is quite large, it is actually rather fast. With Zinogre's great physical abilities and electrical power, it will be tough to beat.
The arena has shifted to a forest and plains area. From somewhere up high in the sky, down drops Rescue Whale, slamming into the ground. "Rescue Whale is here!" As Rescue Whale announces his arrival, the crowd cheers. From the other end of the arena, a powerful beast is released as it charges through and let's out a powerful roar as the crowd gasps. The powerful Zinogre charges forward at Rescue Whale, knocking him backwards before striking with its claws. Rescue Whale takes the hits before shaking off Zinogre. Rescue Whale then lunges forward, missing Zinogre as it sidesteps. Zinogre retaliates with a barrage of claw swipes and tail smashes, but Rescue Whale blocks the attacks with his variety of strange outfits. He then changes into his teenage girl outfit, giving him the power to be needy. "Rescue Whale is a delicate flower." Rescue Whale uses bright lights and flashes around himself to momentarily blind and confuse the Zinogre. As the Zinogre regains its senses, it is hit by a strong blast of water, blowing him backward into the forest area. Zinogre comes running right back out, however, leaping high over Rescue Whale with a backflip before performing the Tornado Tail attack. Spinning around quickly in circles, Zinogre manages to fly in the air while smashing Rescue Whale backwards, into a tree. Seemingly stuck, Rescue Whale is now wedged between two trees in a tight fix. Zinogre prepares another attack, but it isn't over yet! "Rescue Whale will escape!" Rescue Whale breaks the trees to pieces, shattering them away and interrupting Zinogre as woodchips fly into it. "Peanuts for everyone!" A large amount of peanuts blast right out of Rescue Whale's spout, blowing away Zinogre while dealing damage. Zinogre flies hopelessly through the air before hitting a tree. As it does though, Thunder Bugs fall down from out of it as Zinogre gathers them up quickly, entering Rage Mode. Zinogre is now electrically charged and runs over to Rescue Whale, blasting electricity everywhere while unleashing powerful blows with electric claws. Finally, Zinogre has Rescue Whale pinned down, ready to tear him apart and eat him. Zinogre begins to fasten its teeth around Rescue Whale as Rescue Whale inexplicably teleports out of Zinogre's reach. Rescue Whale then calls upon many cats as they swarm around Zinogre and distract it before Rescue Whale throws multiple parachutes into Zinogre, opening up and entangling Zinogre. As Zinogre struggles to escape the multitude of cats and parachutes, Rescue Whale leaps up high in the air and comes crashing down into Zinogre. Zinogre is flattened under the massive weight and is defeated. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few." Rescue Whale says this as many cats climb around him and roll around like idiots.
Rescue Whale is the winner! Even though Zinogre had Rescue Whale beaten at speed and even used Rage Mode, Rescue Whale has incredible defense and his great close range strength and variety of long ranged attacks had beaten Zinogre in the end. Rescue Whale had a much larger variety of skills than Zinogre along with overall higher stats. His ability to escape seemingly inescapable situations also helped in this battle.
