Yeah, that could get ugly. There's also the fact that by now he's in his 70s, so I can't imagine he looks particularly cute.

I don't know do Koopas really show there though. I mean Kamek looks the same from the time in Yoshi Island to the games like Paper Jam or Dream Team where it happens in more "modern" time.

I don't know, I kind of feel like Magikoopas in general have a sort of old look to them. There's also the fact that it's a Paper Mario tradition (well, pre Sticker Star) to have plot relevant characters of enemy species stand out in some way, so if he's a bit wrinklier and has a bit more of an arched back than the average Magikoopa along with his gray robes, gnarled broom, and somewhat rusty wand, than so be it.
In any case, we're getting off topic. This is supposed to be about how Waluigi is the clearly best choice.
