Yeah, you can just switch around your badges at any time outside of battle. Just tell me so I know. You can also give badges to NPCs and take badges from NPCs.
Mystic: We still haven't found Floofy. I think that everyone searched most of the town already...

Roxanne shoots a spell shot at the Shadow Mario and poses, making a V sign with her hands. She can audibly hear cheering from somewhere now. So does everyone else. Kameron fires a shot at Shadow Mario too before Bruno runs in and lands a powerful punch, flexing his biceps. The word Beefy! appears above him as the cheering is heard again. Tulip eats a Mushroom Pastry and her health is restored fully! The party did a total of 6 damage this turn! Shadow Mario uses his special attack again, using a shadow Fire Flower to throw shadowy balls at you! Tulip is hit once, Roxanne is hit twice, and Kameron is hit twice! Goldie pokes her head out of Roxanne's pocket.
Goldie: He looks tired! Finish him off!

Tulip kicks a rock at Shadow Mario, finishing him off with her attack before tossing flowers out to...nobody, really. Yet, she has the feeling there's someone there. Shadow Mario flops over and disappears in a cloud of shadows, leaving behind the Shadow Badge and the Cage Key. Everyone that was in battle suddenly sees three large blocks appear above them and hears lots of cheering. You'll have to decide who gets the Shadow Attack Badge.
Choose a level up bonus!
HP 10 -> 15
FP 10 -> 15
BP 3 -> 6
---Bandoo---
You take down the Mini Mario and grab the badge it was carrying around, putting it on. You feel like you're now more impressive somehow.
---Everyone---
As Shadow Mario is defeated, all the Mini Marios disappear in a puff of smoke as if they were defeated.

Tulip takes 5 more HP, then grabs the key and runs off to the cage.
(Felt like a "Shadow Badge" would fit with Tulip becoming angry all the time, but Bandoo has like all the badges so I'll let another player take it.)

Bandoo goes back to the right side of town and the north gate.

It gives you a special attack that changes depending on the person. The attack does 2 damage and has a chance to Immobilize the hit enemy. It costs 3 FP and 3 BP.

Sounds like my kind of badge, I'm thinking that Kameron's niche could be hitting hard and using attacks that can inflict status conditions. Basic mage stuff, basically.
I'll take it and boost my FP by 5. After that, give me a second to see what healing items we have since I'm basically dead.
