What is the Monster Jail? The Monster Jail is an organisation trying to find paranormal, mythological, alien, surnatural or any other kind of creature and assure that they can live in an ecosystem where they won't cause trouble to society. "Jailers" are often recruited amongst teens, but there's jailers of all ages and background.
---A little info on the game---
You will he sent to investigate certain events thought to be caused by a creature. Your goal is to find that creature and make sure it causes no further harm. Once that's done, the Monster Jail will take care of bringing the creature to a safe location.
You are normal humans with no surnatural abilities, BUT you'll have plenty of gadgets to use. All gadgets are non-lethal. You also have basic combat training. You're not a martial artist, but you can handle yourself.
The tone of the game should be comical. There should never be any death, player or NPCs.
---You can still lose your character---
1.Like I said, the game is comical and no one should ever die. It is still a real-life setting though. I encourage sillyness, but there's a limit. If you do something really stupid, to the point where you cause someone's death, you WILL lose your credentials and will have to sign-up a new character.
2.It is forbidden to reveal that you're part of Monster Jail to your immediate entourage (family, friends, fellow students, co-workers, etc.). You will lose your credentials if you willingly out yourself. Note that you MUST show your credentials while in an investigation though.
3.If you ever take the decision to kill a creature, you better have an amazing explanation, because otherwise you will lose your credentials.
