Snappy: "Well, Mike has appartment 108 and Rix has appartment 109. I'm also glad to announce that a new floor was built for the appartment building!"
A red goblin and a rat verian with mechanical legs enter the bureau.
Snappy: "Ha that must be Gugu and Talia... Anyone want to welcome them? I'm busy with B-Ball Mage right now"
SNappy takes out some paperwork and turns his attention to B-Ball Mage:
