Your character leaves the plane, boat, submarine or whatever transportation he used to get here.
He has to pass through a small building to fill paperwork in order for him to have his appartment.

Flora and Raine enter the Inscription Bureau. They walk to the counter, confused as to why there's no one. A snail with glasses jumps on the counter
Snappy: "Oh! Hey there! You are here to get your apartment right?
It's quite simple. All I need are your names, if you want to share the sae apartment and if you'd like to own an instalment.
I'm talking about shops, schools, attractions, etc.
So, what it's gonna be?"

Hmm... Maybe now I can get rich in a Vitcon game...
I'll start with Azure and Cardinal.
Cardinal: "Is this really the best idea...? I don't think all the children can keep an eye on each other..."
Azure: "Pff! Nah, they'll be fine. They're probably used to us being gone anyways. Hey, snail! Me and Cardinal need a place."
"Oh, well... Yes, it's Cardinal Berry and Azure Berry. We'd like an apartment for the both of us, please. I also heard that we're allowed to open an establishment here. In that case, I'd like to officially open a café; Cardinal's Compulsive Cafe, the start of a new multidimensional chain of cafés! I think the name should bring in the customers by itself."

Snappy: "Well, all four of you are set up. Flora and Rain have appartment 102 and Cardinal and Azure have appartment 103. If you appartement's number matters, you can come back here and change appartment. This is valid at anytime, as the appartment building will have more floors later on.
For now, there is not much to do. I guess you can visit your appartments!
If you need help, I live in appartment 101, but I'm most likely to be here.
With that said, certain things in this game are done in real time, like construction.
Every real day, you can come here and choose between 3 islanders. We don't have limited space on the island, BUT we can't welcome everyone everyday. Therefore, there can be one new islander only per real life day. I haven't made my choice for today.
You can also visit construction sites if you want.
Have fun on Vitcon Island!"
