Wingull preens out his own feathers and tries to absorb the prescence of Obama. It doesn't work. Wingull eventually gets really tired, and starts free falling again.

You start trying to flood the area, and keep on using Water Gun. In just 24 hours, you made 2 and a half inches of water surround you to make you wet and weighed down and you ran out of water! Congratulations!
