Alright. Nightmare will quickly fly behind it's heads while supressing it with normal laser shots.
Malik will be on the defensive, dodging or blocking the attacking depending on what it is. He'll activate Armor Bolster for the party.
Zinogre will just run to avoid attacks for this turn.

Zinogre runs off in the distance while Nightmare flies in behind Darkova, shooting lasers at him. Malik uses Armor Bolster before Darkova's three heads start to move. One of the heads release a poison fog that fills the sky, damaging Nightmare and poisoning him. Another head breathes out a big stream of fire that covers the ground and burns it away, continually damaging Malik over time. Luckily, Zinogre avoids both attacks completely.

(Nightmare being poisoned sounds wrong to be honest xd)
Malik will use Full Heal (Cause apparently there's no spell that only cure status ailments for the whole party), then concentrate on dodging.
Full Heal Restores all of an ally’s health and heals all status ailments.
Nightmare will shoot one of the big homing gravity spheres. Upon contact, Darkova should be affected by gravity temporarily. It should make it pinned to the ground. This would give time for Zinogre to pull off a full charge.
Nightmare will go as high as possible while shooting his sphere in order to avoid being attacked.
