Pirate Pikachu stands on a pirate ship and notices there are floating targets everywhere.
There's two up on top of the ship, three in the main part, one on the steering wheel, one floating in the water, two on a different ship sailing close by, two moving side to side in the air, and one floating on a barrel in the water.

Send a trample of water Pokemon into the target floating in the water while having a thunderbolt fall on the steering wheel's target.
(That would be a turn I guess, so before attacking the other targets I'll just make sure nothing happens first.)

A stampede of water Pokemon runs into a water target before Pirate Pikachu drops a thunderbolt on a target where the steering wheel is. That's two down, eight to go. A timer begins to tick down. Looks like you've only got three minutes left to break them all.

Use discharge to hit all three which are on the main part. Summon a ship to the barrel to break the target. The shipp will shoot the targets which are on the other ship.

Captain Pikachu creates a powerful blast of electricity around him, blasting away all the targets on the main part of the ship before dropping another ship out of the sky on top of the barrel target. The summoned ship then sends an explosive cannon ball into the ship behind the pirate ship, destroying all the targets over there. Time continues to tick down and a few more targets are left.
Two on the main ship's masts and two floating side to side in the air.

The flying ship will ram into the floating targets, while Captain Pikachu climbs the mast, surrounded by electricity thanks to volt tackles.

The ship flies into the two floating targets, having no trouble hitting them due to its size while Captain Pikachu uses Volt Tackle to take down the other two targets.

Pirate Pikachu tosses the coins out of his wallet and they float back up in the sky as he walks into a glowing light to the next mission.
Mission Start!
Pirate Pikachu stands on the Battlefield stage and ten Polygon Fighters drop down from above in a fighting stance. Your mission is to take them all out in the time limit! You've got three minutes!

Summon a ship behind Captain Pikachu to ram into as much Polygon Fighters as possible. Captain Pikachu will jumps on the flying ship, move away from the arena and shoot the cannons at the enemies from afar.

(Huh. Surprisingly easier than I thought.)
Captain Pikachu calls in a ship that smashes through the five Polygon Fighters on the main platform before hopping on and firing a bunch of cannon balls at the others, easily launching them all off of the platform and causing them to explode.
Stage Clear!
Coins rain down into Pirate Pikachu's wallet.

Pirate Pikachu hears a loud screech from above and notices Phoenix flying overhead. He appears to be inside of Terran. All of the buildings are on fire. This must be that time Phoenix attacked Terran! Your mission is to defeat him in battle!

(Oh boy... You're hitting hard sooner than I will with Digi and Yoshi xd)
Captain Pikachu will start by summoning two flying ships. Captain Pikachu will jump on the first one and start shooting at Phoenix. The other flying ship will keep a safe distance. It will be Pikachu's escape route if the first ship gets destroyed or attacked by a big attack.

Captain Pikachu summons forth two flying ships, jumping on the first one. He shoots a few exploding cannonballs at Phoenix, but he seems mostly unfazed by the attack. Phoenix must not take much damage from explosions or fire based attacks. Phoenix then shrieks and causes fire to rain down from the sky. Captain Pikachu tries avoiding it by jumping to his other ship, but he's still hit. Both of his ships are still fine though, he just got damaged a little.
