After being raided by two separate parties and losing troops and tanks, the Alliance is fed up. They have sent a detachment of soldiers, along with a general, to find and kill whoever is responsible for the attacks.
Central Alliance Deployed
1 Central Alliance General
10 Trained Alliance Guardians
500 Alliance Soldiers
10 Steam Tanks
10 Heliplanes
They will be attacking someone in 12 days.

They aren't attacking Swaltzer or Mech though, right? I'm pretty sure nobody has checked the mountains for years and I don't think they'd care to. I also don't think anyone in The Central Alliance knows about the secret lab since it was a secret collaboration between Daravia and Froyomo to destroy them. They might want to kill the thieves, the robots, and the rebels though. I'm pretty sure Zol is neutral if not good for saving them from the robots, but I'm sure the evil government people decided to take credit for that.

(You are not wrong in your deduction. They will chose between the Rebels, Progressive solutions, and the Crystal Bandits. Anyone who has directly defied them. This doesn't stop you guys from being able to attack if you want to though.)

Hmm... interesting point. I'll say yeah, and I'll provide the RP reason why later. Basically the neutral trading port has a spy, and the spy told us all what was going on. It will sound a hell of a lot better when I write it out in story context though.

Well the town is in neutral territory, but their relations with the CA are not good because they used to be part of the place that begins with D and still are loyal to them.

The Attack will be today, (day 76 I believe?). They are attacking the Rebels (no surprise I am sure). The preemptive strike by the Crystal Bandits will use day 72? log and the survivors of that fight will retreat to the base.
My plans will be sent in later today around 11 or so (my prep period).
