(I was gonna say no, but I remembered daredevil comets are not "everything kills you un one hit", but "player characters have 1HP".
So yeah, recoil would kill you.)

Alright.
Staraptor will circle around speedily, being sure to be irregular and very dodgy and aerial ace the guardian.
Austin will keep his distance, circling aorund a bit if necessary and fire and incinerate.(I guess it shoots from his mouth?). Dewott will keep Austin guarded, but will snipe with Hydro Pump.
