The first monster that Alice defeated was a White Spider in The Great Tree.

I been looking but nothing. Most of it has been Alice uses gust on doog and then Allune rips it apart to finsh it off.

I doubt it happened in the prologue. Alice was kinda really weak until she promoted.

You know what I been staring at that dam question for all eternity. I tried scanning every page and the only thing that I can see as remotely monster she defeated was an Elder Bale.
So for what its worth Crow my answer is Elder Bale. So go ahead and kill her already and have this mission be a failure.

Morgan gives elder bael as her answer.
"Well, that's correct. But... we were told to kill you, anyway," Fumiko explains. "So have fun with that!"
Several more restraints snap out of Morgan's seat to bind her in place. Catie and Gale advance menacingly.
Fumiko smiles nervously. "And if that's the case, then I guess that means I'm free to- mmmph!" She's cut off as a bar locks across her mouth. Morgan's restraints pop open all at once as Fumiko's lock closed instead. She grunts and squirms in protest as her executioners begin.
The dungeon door opens. Morgan's free to go, key in hand.
Bowser continues to hold the fox by the scruff of the neck. It holds the key in its mouth and stares at him. It wags its tail slowly.

Morgan will take the key and say goodbye to the two executioners. Actually Morgan isn't like that and despite the fact she was just trying to execute her. Morgan can't leave Kumiko to her fate. See if there is a way to release the restraints on Fumiko look around the chair for a release of some type.
Bowser will hold out his hands and demand the key. Then just roar at him and let him know he's free to go but he demands answers. Okay chump who took over my castle and who put you up to this. Continue to hold him by the scruff until he give you the key and he answers the question.

Bowser intimidates his new friend for information. "I dunno! Some creepy magic lady! I haven't even seen her in person - she's just gives orders psionically or something! And she's using some kind of mind control. We can't go against her..."
Morgan looks around for a way to release the chair. She isn't able to find one, but the pair stop and stare at her expectantly. They seem sad she ruined their fun.

Bowser just looks over to him and roars then grabs the key from him. As soon as he has the key let him go and then leave this room. No magic lady going to take over my castle and get away with it.
Morgan apologizes to the pair for interrupting there fun. She just doesn't feel comfortable knowing that someone is about to be killed even if this same situation was going to be her and she would have been left to die. Morgan then takes a bow and takes the key then leaves.

Bowser chucks the fox away and heads out the door. Morgan does about the same thing, minus throwing a fox. The doors seal shut behind them, and they keys fly out of their hands. They insert themselves into the locks on the door.
With nothing else to do, Bowser and Morgan proceed into the last remaining door. The ferrets try to follow and faceplant into an invisible barrier. Looks like they're on their own.
Inside, they find a large - possibly bottomless - pit, complete with a giant set of golden scales suspended over the abyss. The third white fox is standing at edge, key in mouth. She quickly jumps off. She suddenly reappears as a giant hawk flies up, carrying her in her talons. The pair proceed to float around the ceiling, well out of their reach.
