The scales are over the pit, which is surrounded by a walkway around the room. They'd be fairly easy to jump onto.

Well umm for now Morgan and Bowser will inspect the scales and see if there are any clues or signs before attempting to jump

The pair inspect the scale and look for any idea what to do. They don't see any signs, pictures, or anything that looks like a clue. The scales themselves are hanging over the pit. They don't seem to be trapped or anything. The tether keeping them suspended looks strong enough to endure a pretty serious impact. Morgan estimates that if the scales were at their highest, she wouldn't qui-i-i-ite be able to reach the flying fox.

Welp here goes nothing......
Actually well here's an idea Morgan will go ahead and get on Bowser's Back. Morgan will hang onto Bowser tightly.
Bowser will then go ahead and start climbing the scales towards the pair.

Morgan hops on Bowser's back and he hops over to one of the scale platforms. It thuds down and its partner shoots up. Like Morgan thought, it's just a tiny bit too low for her to reach the bird-pair, even if she were up there. Bowser looks over to the center thingy that's hanging from the ceiling and tries to think how to climb it. To get there, he'll have to cross the thin arm holding up the platform.

Bowser will look over to the thin arm thing and place a little bit of pressure on it and see if it moves at all.
If Bowser can't reach it have Morgan jump off of Bowser's back and test the platform. If its unstable then jump back for Bowser and Bowser will catcb her placing her on his shoulder.

Bowser tries putting some pressure on the arm. It's less total force than the arm was already holding up, it has no trouble supporting his weight. Morgan steps out on it. It's thin and difficult to balance on, but she starts making her way towards the center column.
The hawk/fox combo takes the chance to swoop down at her, hoping to knock her into the pit.

Okay lets see umm wark wark run around..........
Oh lets see Morgan is use to this type of stuff but that mean hawk fox combo can be a pain. Bowser will slowly make his way towards Morgan while Morgan focuses on dodging the fox and hawk. Bowser will blow flames in front of Morgan as he makes his way towards her.
This way hopefully diverting the crew away from her long enough til Morgan can hitch a ride on Bowser again.

Bowser makes it all of two steps on the narrow arm before he starts to lose his balance. It's barely thicker than his leg. He was fine on the platform, but here it's all he can do to stay on, much less spewing fire.
Morgan tries dodging the pair when they swoop at her, but there's not really much of anywhere to dodge to. She jumps to the side and barely manages to catch her footing back the arm.
The fox-hawk duo turn back for another pass while Morgan's still steadying herself.

Okay Bowser get back on the platform and shake your fist in anger.
Morgan will regain her composure. She will then wait until the moment that the bird and fox get close.
Once they are within jumping distance like close enough that they cant just change direction. So right when its the perfect moment. Morgan will leap towards the Fox and hold onto the hawk for dear life.

Bowser retreats.
Morgan tries grabbing the hawk when it goes in to tackle her. She ends up barely holding onto it. The combined weight seems to be too much, and they all start sinking into the abyss.
